Do you support youtube autoplay video? and can I remove youtube redirect if user click at the Youtube logo on bottom left corner?
Yeah, if you are using embedded videos like most of our examples then autoplay is supported with Youtube. However you cannot remove the Youtube logo if you are using youtube embedded videos.

If users want more control over videos uploaded, they can manage them via WordPress. If you provide users with an a contributor account, they can login and publish podcasts on their own. As a contributor they would only be able to submit content and would not be able to edit anything else.

I’m receiving a 503 error on this theme and when godaddy troubleshooted it, they said it was something to do with your theme. Embedding audio has also stopped working for me after doing some updates. Will you be releasing an update soon?
We have a changelog listing all updates on the bottom of item description page. Our last update was in May and we’ve had 5 updates this year so far. Make sure you are always running the latest version of our theme and WordPress. In terms of your issue, it is fairly common for hosting providers to blame third party software. That being said we can assure your our theme has no errors or issues. We have nearly 900 users over a span of 3 years with 0 reports of bugs like this. Search online for 503 error and you will see this is a common hosting issue, not WordPress one

Yeah, you can add a download link in the text area if you want. However the player does not have a download link option.

so is there a way to install a different player via plugin and have a download button, like similar themes of yours like “soundbyte”?
Yes, you can install a different player. Our theme will support any player that works with WordPress or has embed code. There are a number of player options on wordpress.org, codecayon.net and more.
Note: The download button in Soundbyte is not part of the audio/video player. That is a custom button added via the theme with custom code.
Can you give me advice on how to replace a new video player instead of the existing one , or to add download button with custom code? I installed a plugin and i put the shortcode of new video player in post “Video/Audio field”, but the old player still remains. Any help please?

Hello, is it in this theme possible to add a filter tag into post list, just like there is category, author, date,...? Not to add a filtering sorting, just that it shows to which filter tag each post belongs? Thanks!
We have an option to display the category in the list of posts. However there is not an option to display the tags. If you wanted to display the tags, that would require editing the post index template.

Sorry but we do not have pre-roll and post-roll video support. If you wanted this, you would need to use a third party video player. There are a number of options for this such as: Wistia, Brightcove, etc. You will need to check with each of these to see if they support pre-roll and post-roll ads but I believe they do.

How do you open link in new window?
If you are using the page builder, you can easily adjust the link to open in a new window by clicking the settings icon. This will give you additional options such as opening in a new window. Here is a screenshot of this: https://i.imgur.com/gQzVx0k.png

Sure, you can use Easy Digital Downloads. Please note we do not have any templates styles built-in so it would appear as the default plugin. You can find out more on how to template/customize the plugin from the plugin author.
In terms of WooCommerce, this support is built-in as shown in the live preview. You can also sell digital items with WooCommerce, so we of course recommend using WooCommerce. That being said you can use either option. They are unrelated so you could technically have both activate at the same time.

You can find the changelog at the bottom of the item description. The latest version is 2.7 and was updated in January of this year. The theme has been well tested with over 800 users and should be bug-free.

I don’t want to make a wrong impression for those who are reading the comments section: the theme is great and has been trouble free. I’ve left a very positive review a year ago and recently commented enthusiastically how good the theme is. The issue I will send you an email about must have been caused by all the latest WP and Elementor updates, cause it’s never been an issue before. If it’s something on my end I’ll be happy to purchase another 6 months of support. Thanks, I’ll send you an email on the 15th.
Hi. Pre-sale question…one more. When log-in, I can’t submit video with “Choose file”; is it possible to do it? Because I want my users to submit videos very easily. For example, if I record a video on my phone, can I download it directly from my phone to the site, or do I have to download it for example on youtube and copy paste the url on the site?
Unfortunately we do not support video upload from the front-end form. You could add this with minor customizations however it is not supported by default. If you wanted to add this ability, it would be up to you to add.

Pre-Sale Question: Does this theme have the capability to support Stitcher, SoundCloud, iTunes, etc?
We do have support built-in for Soundcloud however we do not include native support for iTunes/Stitcher. If you needed support for those services, you would need to use a plugin or add-in that functionality as needed.

Yeah, we have a changelog at the bottom of the item page that shows when the item is updated. You can also turn on automatic updates so you are notified of updates and can update via WordPress.
