Why is it taking so long to process this refund?

Process my refund, I DONT want to share your theme free of charge on the internet to get back at you for not refunding on a theme that didnt work.
The Fault is from your theme, a Javascript issue and I coulld not wait and I went ahead to get another theme.
I dont want to call my bank to also get a refund on my part.

You are trying to say that our theme is at fault. You don’t even need our support. You do not create tickets and submit issues so we can assist you. You said you used a different theme. Let us refund. That is not good for a customer like you. Theme rated by everyone as good. Take a look at our other categories. Receive positive reviews.

Bro, my refund as not been refunded.
I have a very hard client that wants something removed and I want to see if it’s possible. They are demanding we remove the line that is here: https://www.screencast.com/t/I5LBclCH and here https://www.screencast.com/t/la12dZIX0GtS How can we do that? I like them there but the client will not listen. Thanks for the help.
Sorry, one more question, again, we have a hard client to please. We have a sticky menu that should be all white but it’s only all white when you scroll down the page. We need it to be all white all the time (the menu background). Right now it’s transparent at the top like: https://www.screencast.com/t/hRSKhJZupLHz but as you scroll down the page it’s all white (like it should be). Thanks again for the help. No, I simply want it blank. No divider and no word (no “funfact” or any other word)
So like default on other sections it’s just plain.

I note that the footer has a menu link that only shows in 2 columns wide, how do I get it to show in 1 column wide please as I have a couple of long menu names which are going onto 2 lines, there doesnt appear to be an option in the dropdown for 1 column?
