Import Demo Not Working

I have referred to your documentation but it looks like the references are out-dated. I am trying to import Shoes Demo:

1. While trying to do it using https://orpax-1d3b18.ingress-alpha.easywp.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=amz_demo_importer; it just keep spinning and nothing happens. I have got 100GB space on the server with 16GB RAM.

2. While trying to manually import the demo content; the directory reference given in your documentation doesn’t match the package that I have received.

We come back to you because we have no feedback from you, you force the purchase of your plugin without being able to test it beforehand. Your plugin was made on an old version of Wordpress (<3.0) and not really updated since. WP 3.0 was in 2010, that’s why when you check ‘IS REQUIRED’ it does not work and you can still add a product to the cart having well put the required checked layers. This is a big problem because you have not tested your plugin on the latest version of WORDPRESS, how do we do it? we have a client waiting for it to work? should we report to Wordpress that your plugin is not working and that this is a scam?
