Import Demo Not Working

I have referred to your documentation but it looks like the references are out-dated. I am trying to import Shoes Demo:

1. While trying to do it using https://orpax-1d3b18.ingress-alpha.easywp.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=amz_demo_importer; it just keep spinning and nothing happens. I have got 100GB space on the server with 16GB RAM.

2. While trying to manually import the demo content; the directory reference given in your documentation doesn’t match the package that I have received.

PRE SALE QUESTION: I want to buy this theme but figuring out if it will work with my idea. I want to create a Christmass gift system where the client can choose from 4 different boxes, then 15 to 20 different items that goes into the box etc etc. 5 steps to fullup the box. WP Configurator is not working with steps from now, you need to configure everything in the same place, and is working with .png layers, if you need to add text the text addon is not ready still , Regards

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Redirect users to cart after add to cart You can find the option in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display area. When the option “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” is checked it will redirect all users to the cart after adding a product to the cart

We come back to you because we have no feedback from you, you force the purchase of your plugin without being able to test it beforehand. Your plugin was made on an old version of Wordpress (<3.0) and not really updated since. WP 3.0 was in 2010, that’s why when you check ‘IS REQUIRED’ it does not work and you can still add a product to the cart having well put the required checked layers. This is a big problem because you have not tested your plugin on the latest version of WORDPRESS, how do we do it? we have a client waiting for it to work? should we report to Wordpress that your plugin is not working and that this is a scam? Can you respond to this ticket and give a quick response please.

Our plugin is updated regularly, working well with latest version of wordpress.
