Hello! This theme works with the very latest version of WordPress 
I cannot edit the content of my website with Elementor. When I try I get a blank screen with a menu list on the left side that I can’t use. I have done several tests and it turns out that my Embark theme is suddenly incompatible with Elementor. What I can do?

Hi there
so one of my formiddable forms is not styling in line with the theme. It has drop down boxes which get blown up out of proportion when choosing inline style. Is there a custom css that can be added or is there default styling I can add to styler section? Please help!

Sorry, Everything is working. I found that problem was because in our country some IPs are blocked. And I don’t know why, but yours for live preview as well…I have never seen it before on Envato.market….Via VPN everything is fine.

Hi, so I have been using this theme and suddenly don’t see tour description input area under edit with elementor. Normally you can put in dates and description which comes up when using the tour grid. Could you please advise where to edit this now?
Hi, you can edit the tour description under Tours / Edit (not edit with Elementor). Make sure that you have the Option Tree Plugin installed / active.

The transparent header option doesnt work on the mobile version . Please could you help me with that ?
Hi, yes the transparent header does not display on mobile, mainly because of how the mobile menu works – it’s not compatible. However if you like the header color can be customized to blend much more closely.

Hi, does this theme support wpforms? Will the style integrate properly?
WPForms is compatible in the sense that the forms will certainly work. We don’t include specific styling for the plugin though so it won’t look the same as the Formidable forms we include.

Hi im on v1.3.1 of this theme and its reporting – Your theme (Embark – Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. embark/woocommerce/archive-product.php version – is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0, embark/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version – is out of date. The core version is 3.8.0, embark-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.7.0, embark/woocommerce/single-product.php version – is out of date. The core version is 1.6.4 how can i update them ?

There should not be any errors on those template and they should be fine to continue to use for now. If you notice something not working, please let us know.

I downloaded Polylang and another plugin, and ever since Elementor has stopped working.
I uninstalled both plugins but it didn’t fix the bug. I also uninstalled Elementor and reinstalled it, but still no improvement. I also increased the memory limit with Filezilla, which didn’t change anything.
What it does is, when I want to edit a page, Elementor doesn’t open properly : it opens a new window in which there is only text as well as a small window, and it says “Session expired. Please log in again”. But logging again doesn’t fix the problem.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? I’m running out of ideas and starting to lose hope… Thank you for your help.

Hi, the booking system isn’t permitting bookings after March 2020 where the calendar doesn’t move forward past this date, is there a glitch with the calendar software or something more straightforward that is limiting the option to go on to April? I look forward to your feedback, thank you.

The default time slots e.g Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm but they don’t take into account months or show a limit on the month that they can be booked beyond. At the moment, no customer can book beyond the 31st March and the system was setup in July. Where can one edit the month limit so the option can go beyond March with a click of a button please and thank you?
Is there a way in the database to update the date so there is no date limit without having to manually change everything?

I then added a future date of one year to each calendar and still the calendar didn’t go beyond the end of March. Where in the datebase or software can you forward the date so there is no limit? There was big Wordpress update yesterday which may have led to a conflict with the plugin, be great to have an update on the plugin, thank you.

What version of Booked do you have? Maybe it’s out of date?
Correct booked is just the plugin that makes the calendar work on your design. I am using the latest version of Booked. It’s all up to date. It’s not out of date, since that is one of the first things that would make sense to check. Where in the database can you update the expiry date, if you can let me know it would save loads of support tickets and waiting, thank you.

I need that each tour has the option of selecting variants of the tour guide, each with its available dates. Example if I want a spanish tour guide it show their dates and tickets, If I want english tour guide, show their available dates and tickets. Is it Possible?
In that case what you could do is you can setup different calendars for each language of the tour, and then you could either have them all on one page, or have links that lead each to a page for that language tour. Each calendar would be separate, so the available dates and tickets would be separate.

2. Yes, the booking system connects with WooCommerce for payments so many different payment gateways options are available.
3. If you’re asking whether blog functionality is included, yes we have blog features and templates – there are two main blog designs: standard or masonry.

1. The included booking system (Booked) is mainly designed for bookings within one day. Time slots can be anywhere from 5 minutes to multiple hours up to one full day.
If you want multi-day bookings for tours, there is another booking system that we support which you can check out here: https://fareharbor.com/tour/beyond-software/
2. In terms of the included booking system, that’s not a direct feature but it can be added with an extension.
In terms of FareHarbor, I believe that is possible.
