1. Unfortunately, we disabled the full height row option in the new versions of the WPBakery.
You can use the Slider Revolution plugin for this purpose. For example, you can set it up to be fullscreen and set a video background there. Read more about slider revolution setup in our article below:https://qodeinteractive.com/magazine/slider-revolution-tutorial/
2. Try to use a Video Player shortcode instead. We also tested embedding video from video with an iframe, and the result is the same as using Video Player shortcode https://prnt.sc/qxczhr. Here’s how we embedded Vimeo video – https://prnt.sc/qxczur https://prnt.sc/qxd01r https://prnt.sc/qxd0ge.

Hi, thanks for your response. Why that’s not an option anymore?
- Revolution slider does not work as it would not allow controlling the volume (no sound is playing). I like an auto-play video looping with the option for people to unmute it.
- If I add it in Slider Revolution as a layer instead of a background, I can’t get the video to go the full page and I can’t find the way to play it with sound, I’ve tried all settings! tried adding it from file and also from Vimeo. it will only go with sound after I click on full page and from there unmute the video.
- When I add the iframe using an HTML content block – I can hear it but the image won’t show, instead there’s a big white space. Same thing happens when I add the embed code in the WP text content blog (I’m using the text section, not the visual).
- When I added using the shortcode, the autoplay does not work and it shows all video info such as user name, video title, share button, etc.
What I like to achieve is similar to what’s on this site https://studiobrave.com.au/, where the video is on full height and full width, auto-plays and lops, but with a button to unmute the video.

Slider Revolution disabled audio option for background videos, as you can see from their user manual https://prnt.sc/qyd583.
They offer a workaround for this – to add a video as a layer. Read more about it here:https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/layer-video-audio-settings/
But Since Revolution Slider is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we have limited support for it that only covers its compatibility issues with our themes.
So any question related to transitions, responsiveness, animations or how the certain feature works, would be getting outside the support loop we can offer.

Once you click outside the image the hover effect will turn to its original state.
There is however not an option to choose a specific behavior on mobile devices within the theme options. Thought you might solve this by removing the hover effect on smaller devices if you want to by adding a custom CSS code which can be provided by our team.

If you’re inquiring about moving your website to a new domain, there should be no issue with this considering that the theme you bought can be used on one domain, you do not have to specify which one exactly thus it can be changed. You can find more on this topic here.
If you’re inquiring about how to move your website to a new hosting or domain, it may be best to contact your hosting provider as they can migrate your website for you. And here is an article on how to achieve this.
If you’re inquiring about the fact that if you move your website to a new hosting, would the plugins such as Akismet be moved as well. That depends on if you move the plugins and themes folders or just one of the two.

I’m trying to update revslider. The revslider.zip doesnt seem to exist in my download – this is what I should expect based on your documentation. On these Comments you’ve said that we should be able to delete the existing plugin and the InstallPlugins feature should go and get the latest version. For me the latest is not showing – just offering me to download the old version that I already had. Please advise.

Polylang is a third party plugin unrelated to our theme, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while.

These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users. Have in mind that only WPML is tested with our themes, so others might not work perfectly with every element of the theme, but from the feedback of our users, in most cases, there are no problems.

Hi I’ve just updated the SliderRevolution as I’m having issues with youtube background video on my homepage (all worked fine until recently). The update brought in 5.4.6.4 from here and SliderRev appears on homepage but with a message about needing a youtube api key. 1) Where would I input this key once I’ve created one? Thank you

If not please update the theme using the following steps:
Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Core(CPT) and Revolution Slider plugins. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.
1. Download the latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page) 2. Extract it and locate ambient.zip and ambient-child.zip 3. In your admin panel navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate one of the default themes 4. Once active delete both the parent and child Ambient themes 5. Upload the parent and child themes with the zip files from step 2 6. After uploading the theme files activate the parent theme and navigate to Theme Options > General and without changing anything simply save the settings.
This method will update your theme files to the newest versions which includes the Revolution Slider plugin files and you will be able to follow the instructions we provided in the previous reply.

The Ambient theme will have an update released by the end of the day. Along with the theme files, the WP Bakery plugin will be updated as well. You could perform the following steps and have all files updated to the newest versions available:
