I have some pre sales questions. Kindly answer them

We are looking for a theme that has the below;

1.Minimal Hotel listings like this https://prnt.sc/qvovwa 2. Each hotel to have a portal/account where they can manage their hotel bookings and add hotel rooms. 3.Allowance for setting a  commission for each booking made through the site. 4.allow payment via card or paypal and Easy of integrating local mobile money payment gateways 5.Allow reservation of a hotel room and payment at the hotel, store customers card information just in case s/he fails to pay we can bill from the card. 6.Allow free cancellation within a specified period of time, if cancelled out of that time frame bill from the card a certain percentage of the cost. 7.Allow hotels to withdraw funds paid via the website minus the commissions. 8.Allow hotels to pay commissions for the clients that paid at the hotels but booked from the website 9.Hotel reviews 10.adding custom client signup fields i.e add field for passport number. 11.Geolocation

When the theme is purchased, does it come with different demo versions or do I have to pick a demo version when purchase the theme and other demo versions won’t be available ? Thank you.

Hi,

All demos are included in the theme package. However, when you choose to install the demo content, you have to pick one to install. You can’t install all demos at the same time because of the different in contents/header/colors etc. But as mentioned, you get all demo without additional costs.

Hello, great theme! i wonder if it possible to import tours via phpmyadmin, somehow to a datatables, are tours storage datatables just usual (post data) wordpress tables or you’ve created specific themes unique tables. Is there any convenient way to import tours via csv for a example?

To import tour via phpmyadmin or csv, it must be done when you have knowledge with MySQL or coding, we don’t have an option for it.

Hey, I’m very interested in buying this template. I’m not 100% sure if it fits my conditions:

1. Is it possible to create “free” tours? We’re doing city tours where the visitors can pay what they want.

2. Currently we’re having a third-party booking system which can be implemented with an easy to integrate HTML code. Is it possible to customize the “travel booking” sidebar and integrate that HTML-code instead of the theme booking bar?

1. You can create free tour if you set the price is 0.

2. We have an option call Custom Code option and I think it’s what you need to integrate it in booking form area.

Hi, considering the theme. Would it tbe possible to have different tour page templates for type of tours with very different needs? In case this is possible, would the search box be able to retrieve data from all tours irrespective of template used (tour 1, tour2, tour3…)?

Can I configure my tours for a few HOUR?

Example: Boat tour for two hours in the calendar, 10:00 am to 12:00pm and in the same day will be available in others hours, after 12:00 pm

So, Can I configure per hour in the calendar and the booking?

Hai there, actually i want to purchase your booking plugin i have pre sale question, 1. can we add other local payment to this system, 2. for the credit card payment where it will be set as a revceiver? it’s through paypall or direct to our bank account? and last question it’s possible use the payment for the visitor who has atm card with mastercard and visa logo, in the credit card option?

First of all, thank you for your interest :)

1. Unfortunately, it’s big work, so you will need consider to hire a freelancer to do it for you instead, we don’t provide support for integrate it.

2. It’s depending the payment gateway you use, if you use PP, it will go to PP, if you use Stripe, it will go to Stripe. To get the amount go direct to your bank account, you will need setup book and pay later then ask your customer bank transfer to you manual.

3. You can use credit card to pay via PayPal or Stripe or Paymill or Authorize, all of it support for credit card.

2. yes pp of course will go to pp… my question is how about when the guest use credit card as payment gateway, where to set this ? to receive their money when guest pay with credit card option, it is still set in paypall?

3. I mean, example I have an atm card not credit card but it has visa and mastercard logo and I can pay debit with it for overseas transaction… do you have that option in payment gateway using credit card ?

1. It still send to PP and you don’t need setup anything.

2. Oh, I understand it now, but it’s beyond my knowledge, it will depending the bank of the card, it not something we can control or effect.

I am also experiencing a possibly Payment Guest Bug with the adding of my new payment gateway for Credit Card. The error im receiving is “An Error Occurred, Please Refresh The Page” when a user makes a booking without an account, but if the user has an account the Credit Card payment works fine. I have already posted a ticket in support as i await a fix and i would rather the fix instead of any updates due to the customize and tweaks already made.

There is a bug with the Guest booking side!

Hi, I am really interested in Purchasing your theme. I have a few questions left:

1. Does it work with stripe and can you simply add that to your checkout system 2. I am not a webdeveloper, more a designer – is it easy to use? (I don’t have much HTML and CSS knowledge) 3. Can I also use Dutch as a mean language in the booking system? Or do I have to manually change it though a translator plugin?

1. Our tour system work well with Stripe.

2. Our theme easy to use and we are willing to help you as much as possible. If you have some html and css knowledge, it will be easier for you than nothing. But don’t worry so much, we always help you as much as possible relate to css and if it not complex to achieve.

3. We don’t have Dutch language in our theme, so you will need translate it from scratch.

Does this work with multi lang? lets say polylang?

Hello after updating the slider reveloution the website got missed up and it asks for a code that i dont have

When you buy a theme that includes third party plugins, there is not an individual purchase code. You can only register the plugin if you have purchased the slider by itself outside of a theme purchase. The message should read like this …

“Hi! If you have purchased a stand alone version of this plugin, please activate your copy to receive automatic updates & get premium support. You do not need to do this if the slider came bundled with a theme.”

I’m not sure what wrong in your side, could you help me know what is missed up?
