Sorry, but support still rejects my purchase code. I managed to install the theme.
There are 2 themes – Harmuny and Harmuny child. Your docs don’t say – which one to use? Probably Harmuy child.
In your docs, item 1.1:
Navigate to WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Homepage displays > Featured Entries
This navigation path does not exist
At Settings > Reading, I have this:
Blog pages show at most 10 posts Syndication feeds show the most recent 10 items For each post in a feed, include For each post in a feed, include Full text Summary

Hello, I just bought your Harmuny theme. Trying to install, I am getting this error:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Really disappointed. I purchased this theme and have tried to upload the DEMO – it is NOT happening. I upgraded the user.ini files as instructed and it is NOT HAPPENING. What do I do now? I tried to go through your support. I KEEP requesting a password reset. That is NOT HAPPENING either. I have now wasted 2 hours of my time.

Hello, I wanted to contact you directly but couldn’t find a way (I need to have bought your product to create a post on your support forum). I didn’t buy your theme yet, but will probably do shortly as I really like it ! Just one question.
When I click on the “posts” in your template demos, I see there is a “subtitle”. Is there an easy way to show these subtitles on the homepage ?

Hello – trying to do the sample data input. I’ve made the recommended changes to the php.ini…still receiving 500 error. After looking at the log I see the following error:

I’m getting error (500) too . Changed PHP limits you told, still the same error. Where exactly I should apply the problem on your support page? it doesn’t have this new theme
And it’s not only the problem. Customize page has a looot of bugs. I change something save, change another component the previous disappear.. I work with a lot of different theme for 6 years now, never saw so much bugs in the theme!
Unfortunately it’s impossible to use it. maybe after many updated you’ll do a better version, but this version simply doesn’t work!

The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
max_execution_time 300
memory_limit 128M
max_input_vars 3000
post_max_size 256M
upload_max_filesize 128M
allow_url_fopen ON
You can verify your PHP configuration limits check them by installing a simple plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/. In addition, you can always contact your host and ask them what the current settings are and have them adjust as needed. Please note that many hosts will try to keep the PHP limits low without reason. However you are paying for it and therefore should be getting your money’s worth.

Please update to the latest version of the Harmuny Theme Now! 
Note: After updating, please Clear you blog cache if you use a plugin cache such as Wp Super Cache and clear the browser’s cache or hard reload the page ( for Win Ctrl+F5 or CMD+Shift+R on Macs), or simply try accessing the page with another browser that hasn’t yet cached the website.
