The theme ONO doesn’t work under PHP 8.2. How do I get an update, there is no automatic function? The current version is 1.0.8 Then will the Ono theme work on PHP 8.2? Thanks

Hello!
I have been trying to contact support via email but havent received a response about it. I sent my request on November 23. Its been a couple of days and i need to speed up this process. (I only get the automatic message response on my email, which doesnt help at all).
I constantly get an error asking for the Ono plugin to get an update which never turns off, and i cant edit any of the pages, as if the WPBakery wasnt working at all.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS THEME, it is full of bugs, the support never helps, it has been the worst used money, several months ago I asked them for help and they did not help me, I had to solve the problems and bugs of their theme myself.
After asking for help many times, I gave them a low and worse score, they wrote to me by email saying to change the score and comment, after that they were just going to help me. A total scam.

In the recent WordPress Update 5.5, the jQuery migration was removed from the core files and our themes suffered some conflicts.
We are working super hard to have an update ready for the next week, meanwhile, please use this plugin to fix all the issues.
Those customers who haven’t updated WordPress yet, we highly recommend to wait till we release the update and only after that update your theme and just after that update WordPress.

Looks great. I’d love to get this, and I have looked a dozens of themes, but is it possible to create a Single Project Portfolio page with a full screen slider slideshow that allows arrow keys or two-finger keypad scrolling to move through the images? Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, but with an option to make the text go away and the ability to move through the slides with the keyboard, such as with the arrow keys. Like a lightbox slideshow but with project information too. Honestly, in my ideal world, it would be just like a lightbox, but scrolling down just a bit would bring up a site footer like you have at the bottom of the other “Portfolio Details” pages. Thanks again for your attention.
Can I use mailchimp with this theme?

Hello. i think your theme need to many improvements, have to many bugs and errors, the most of the configurations not working, is not ready in my opinion, i like it very much but i cant use it now, i hope to update it as soon as possible.

Hi Anastasia, i was try to install the theme in two different dedicated servers but the theme is not working as expected, the most of the theme options not working the headers and pages custom theme options also, i will contact with the support but i have lost already four hours with the theme, in my opinion every theme that we buy must working perfectly on the basics and must be the same as demo show, that theme don’t working for me and i’m use the default installation.

I’m sending message via Themeforest and you reply on that, I have fresh install of the theme and i’ m sending you the login information to see all the problems that i have with your theme, I’m not see any link to support system and i think the way to contact is from the Themeforest. Anyway i cant use the theme and i like to refund because of the issues that i have. Your theme looks great but is not working for me.
