On mobile version, clients can’t click on buttons (add to cart, add / delete quantity, add to wishlist), on tabs (description, reviews tabs…). I made the last update of Techone Theme (Wordpress) and i have the same issue than this topic : https://support.kutethemes.net/topic/show-topic/65963
Everything works fine on desktop version. On mobile version, clients can’t click on buttons (add to cart, add / delete quantity, add to wishlist), on tabs (description, reviews tabs…). Every “link” is non clickable on mobile version.
I checked your own demo of Techone, and the same issue is visible. I tried mobile version on iPhone (and computer) and the issue is the same.
Could you please make an update or anything to solve that issue ? Thanks for your answer,

No problem. I fix the issue on my website. For information, there was a “clearfix” tag on a div for mobile version (col-sm-12) which doesn’t allow us to click on buttons / links / tabs.

Just delete the themes, reinstall the theme again, import sample data, then still no sample data at sample data tab

Hi, having problems with installing other sample data. To be specific i am trying to install demo 2, but under sample data in the TehOne Dashbord nothing shows up to install. I have some problems.
1. When I want to submit a ticket the system requires me to add a purchase code. When I add the purchase code, it says it’s “Illegal string offset ‘item_id’”. I have received this code from the License Certificate issued to me.
