Hi, you can use GIFs and we have a shortcode for self hosted videos. if does not autoplay or loop but we can help you with that. Or you can embed videos as you would in normal pages. Thanks
Awesome. If you can help me with autoplay, looped videos that would be great. (it’s a case that I will have a few short clips which use more colours than the 256 that gifs allow so they look better as videos). Will purchase for sure next week. Thanks!
HI I love this theme and would like to purchase, few questions first:
1. How do the front page sliders work? According to comments they seem to be portfolio items but I want them to link to specific pages, can this be done?
2. Can I have a video as one of the sliders? Or if I have just one slider could this be a video (it doesn’t have to link to anywhere in particular).
3. Can inner pages be customised for example to have a header image and then white sections with text etc – similar to how your portfolio items show?

1. Yes, they link to the corresponding individual portfolio pages. you can link to a specific page with a (small) custom work.
2. Yes and you need to keep the video muted to have it autoplay
3. yes with small custom work. By design only portfolio pages have hero section images.

I know my support has expired and I didn’t update this site or do much for the last few months but I still have a page that you have to refresh at least once before it even loads the content because if you don’t it’s just a blank page that has the media links when you hover just no media.

Hi! I’m trying to change the social networks words to icons. So did this on define.php: i class=”fa fa-instagram” aria-hidden=”true” => esc_html__(‘Instagram’, ‘grenada’), but it doesn’t assume the icon. Can you help?

Then in /sections/footer_social_links_section.php you can modify line 18 to show the icon instead of the acronym.

Hello, I bought this theme, but I have problem with permalinks. Theme work only with “simple permalinks” for example: https:/site.pl/?page_id=93 (but it looks bad), another option like / postname / doesn’t work, error 404 page not found… With another themes it work perfectly.

No, the fullscreen slider displays only the portfolio slides, nothing else. You could embed your content as part of the subtitles. Thanks

Hey, looking great! Two small pre-sale questions, I went through the documentation but couldn’t find info on these:
1) Will I be able to use videos in single portfolio pages? Embeded Vimeo/You Tube or url from wordpress media?
2) Does the logo support SVG (I know Wordpress doesn’t like svg’s but I noticed some themes allow SVGs and others won’t display them)

1. you can embed any videos in the portfolio page content. However, keep in mind that the video slides and hero video sections are self-hosted videos, not youtube or vimeo. Vimeo has a special type of account that allows you direct access to the source video files URLs.
2. no, however if you make the logo 120px height it’s going to be retina ready. Best

Hello Claudio, You can build the portfolio pages content with WPBakery however when you are using it with AJAX page transitions is best to install a child theme we provide in the main archive for this purpose. We do not have in Grenada a specific option for background music however you can use a plugin for that. Thanks

However, I have a very big problem with the template, when activating the loading of pages through ajax, the CSS styles are not loading me. IE 11. I tried to watch your demo too and the problem is the same. Another bug noted, on Iphone, the scroll of the showcase template does not work. No worries with Android
We don’t support IE11 only Edge, as advertised. IE11 has some deprecated standards and not really in line with the new technologies. What iPhone are you using?
it’s still a pity, even if there are few users, that it isn’t functional on Explorer. I tested with Iphone 8, 9 and 10.

Hello! The wordpress version has these files because they are part of standard features set a theme offers. The HTML version does not.
It is not recommended, as a general practice, having videos autoplaying on mobile (and taking in consideration different data mobile plans and different networks streaming speeds). You should provide a poster image (hero image) for mobile in video portfolio options.
However, to enable video on mobile try the following:
1. add
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px){
.hero-video-wrapper {
display: block;
visibility: visible;
}
}
in customizer -> additional CSS
2. open/js.scripts.js and remove the following lines:
var viewportWidth = $(window).width();
if (viewportWidth < 1024) { $('.hero-video-wrapper').remove(); }
hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5) when you are done.

Hello, we recommend of posting your questions under your client’s account name, there is no way of knowing if the theme has been purchased or not (we don’t want to make the purchase codes public). To answer your questions:
1. you can add slides to the home slider by adding portfolio items and setting their hero images
2.you can insert images in the portfolio page content (anywhere really) and the hero section will have its own image. Not sure what you mean by ‘bottom side home site’
