i want to buy the civic association theme but im confused. 1, some times it shows $57 then when i click the theme its says $37 whats the difference?
2, when i click to buy the civic theme what shows up is the CityGov – City Government & Municipal WordPress Theme and not the civic theme
3 another misleading issue for new users who barley use this site is when i do a search for cityGov the theme shows up with a number 3. and the Price for $37 what does that mean. are you selling 3 themes for $37 or $57 or according to the smaller images has each theme got 3 parts https://themeforest.net/item/citygov-city-government-municipal-wordpress-theme/22894362i use this site once in a long while every now and again and to me its just not straight forward.i want the civic theme please can you advise how to buy it.

- CityGov theme is one, standalone theme and includes 3 pre-defined demos. You will choose which one you will import and use.
- number ‘3’ on images means version 3.0 (release) of this theme (please see Changelog on theme page)

Is there a way to make an event recurring? All city governments have recurring meetings (events) that happen every month on the same dates (ex: first Monday of the month). Right now, we will need to add those same events over and over every month. Lots’s of manual work to do that. Thanks.
