Would you like to have checkboxes same way as main demo ( https://myhometheme.net/main/ ) >> Click Advanced >> Features ? You just need to edit any text field in the MyHome Panel > and select Search form field type > Checkbox. Please consider some fields cannot be multi-selected:
1. “Property type” cannot be multi-selected, because it can hide / display other fields, and it require to be single-choic ( more info: https://myhometheme.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001342133-How-To-Make-Unnecessary-Search-Form-Filters-Disappear-After-Changing-Property-Type- )
2. Fields that are part of the breadcrumbs cannot be multi-selected, because of technical reason (it can create only one hierarchy aaa > bbb > ccc )

For two years the same problem with changing header / footer info is not solved and every time I update theme have to manually edit that info in the code!!!

Thank you for your question. It will be easy to solve.
All WordPress themes works the same. If you modify any original file it will be overwritten after update. You need to add “Child Theme” to your WordPress and add move there yours 2 modified files. It will works perfectly with future update. Please check this article where to find it: https://myhometheme.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001119614-How-to-use-Child-Theme-
and in the article point about php files:
You need to copy original file e.g. /wp-content/themes/myhome/header.php and paste it into /wp-content/themes/myhome-child/. This way new file will be loaded instead of the orginal one.

Thanks for the response.
The problem was the default phone number, email and the address. I changed them in the admin panel under Theme option-> header->Top bar but changes were not applied .
Solution that worked for me: WPML -> String translations -> Theme Options and manually translated demo text to what I needed.

We previously purchased a theme that was IDX, but the demo content that had beautiful feature listings, had to be entered manual and we could not use IDXexpress. Thank you for your question. Currently it works like this: (1) User add listing (2) User need to login / register (3) User need to pay. Payment is the last step – to increase conversion. We did it this wy because people who already filled the form will have bigger motivation to pay than people who need to pay firstly and then fill information. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately it is not possible to use MyHome this way. The system just displays listings – it is not possible to sell via website and there is no monthly payments functions integrated.
All WooCoommerce options are related to “submit property” button (can be useful for people who build local marketplace websites and they want to receive e.g. $10 via PayPal for each submitted listing on their website).
