I’ve just bought Phlox Pro and installed the theme “Green Business”. After installing the demo content, there is a message about activating Element Pack license. I think you don’t have a license of Element Pack integrated do Phlox Pro, right? If so, can I just delete Element Pack? I don’t really know if it’s in use in ant of demo pages.

First of all thanks for using Phlox. About your issue I have to say Element pack plugin is a bundle plugin in Phlox. You can find more details about it here https://docs.phlox.pro/article/157-understanding-the-bundled-products-license-rules
Ashort story would be you are allowed to use it with Phlox but there are some limitaitions, for example you cannot activaite it or access to their support and things like that.

No, you dont have. Phlox Pro only needs Elementor standard version, so Elementor Pro is not required.

According to the averta helpdesk I dont have any licenses and my purchase code is in use by another account although the themeforest account shows i have purchased plox pro and provides the license number? I have been trying to get this sorted for 2 weeks now so i can deactivate the domain we no longer have access to and reapply it to our new domain….. have submitted multiple tickets over the 2 week period with no response. this is ridiculous we are trying to run a business…..
