Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. We’ve updated Bethlehem to v1.4.8 which fixes the issues that you’ve mentioned. Please update the theme to resolve this issue.

You can update the theme can be updated in 3 ways:

1. Automatically: You can use the Envato Market plugin to update the Theme automatically. Instructions here: https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/

2. Semi-Automatically: Sometimes, (1) does not work. You should install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old Theme and install the new one.

3. Manually: You should download the latest installable WP theme from your ThemeForest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.

Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes. Also, we strongly advise that you backup your website and database before updating. It allows you to roll back the update if anything goes wrong after update.

I have a Slider Revolution. Version 5.4.8.1 its says that the new version is available bout I can not download it until I buy it, Slider Revolution is a big and central part of the theme. i thuth it comes with theme when I purchase it.

A new version of Slider Revolution is available. Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates).

Slider Revolution comes with the theme and you do not have to purchase it separately. You can download the latest version of the theme from your ThemeForest downloads page. Once you’ve downloaded it unzip the package and navigate to assets/plugins folder. You’ll find revslider.zip which is the latest Slider Revolution file.

Please upload it to resolve this issue. Also please email our support with your WP and cPanel details so that we can take a look into the issue.

If you had updated Slider Revolution separately you’ll have to rollback to 5.x till we release the latest compatible version. We are working on it as we speak and should be available today or tomorrow.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Sermons are essentially WordPress custom post types and each media file is a custom field. You can import them using WordPress importer.

If you have a CSV importer for WordPress you can use them too. The theme does not include importers.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Sermons, Videos can be embedded from third-party services like Soundcloud or Youtube. You can also upload to your server and use WordPress’s in-built audio/video players to play your content.
