RTL supported?

Currently, RTL (Right-to-Left) support is not integrated directly into the Tur Architecture theme. However, you can manually enable RTL functionality using third-party plugins that support RTL languages. Plugins such as WPML or Polylang can help you achieve this with ease.

Hello, can you please explain folder structure of Premium plugins? It’s confusing where the folders should go. There is nothing about it in documentation. Theme downloaded with Envato Elements account.

Hi there, I purchased the TUR template over the weekend and sent a message to the author about it not installing fully, but not heard anything back. (I understood I had 6 months support with the purchase?). When installing the plugins, seven plugins return the following error “Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired” under the heading of “The plugin does not have a valid header.” Be good if someone would get back to me to solve this issue please.

There seems to be a major bug with the theme on the newest wordpress. The theme settings are going missing in the theme options menu and the theme’s page editor.
The issue gets fixed when this line of css is changed:
.hidden, .js .closed .inside, .js .hide-if-js, .js .wp-core-ui .hide-if-js, .js.wp-core-ui .hide-if-js, .no-js .hide-if-no-js, .no-js .wp-core-ui .hide-if-no-js, .no-js.wp-core-ui .hide-if-no-js { display: none; }

Hi, I upgrade the template and Wordpress and now Gallery Tur for portfolio doesn’t work anymore. When I want to add pictures to portfolio section, it’s not possible. I cannot modify existing galleries. Please can you fix it ? Thanks

With respect to your query here, I would suggest that you install this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and within your WordPress dashboard navigate to the Tools>jQuery Migrate>Settings section and select the legacy jQuery version.

In the recent WordPress Update 5.5, the jQuery migration was removed from the core files and our themes suffered some conflicts.
We are working super hard to have an update ready for the next week, meanwhile, please use this plugin to fix all the issues.
Those customers who haven’t updated WordPress yet, we highly recommend to wait till we release the update and only after that update your theme and just after that update WordPress.

Does this theme support custom post types without much effort? The only reason I ask is because some themes we have bought make adding custom post types difficult. Also, does the theme come with a PSD?

Tur theme contains shortcodes for each post type, as well as custom post types can be added to the pages via The Grid shortcode as well.
PSD files are not included in the theme package.

It is mentioned in the Theme description, that the images are not provided with the demo. “All images in Tur theme can be used only on demo version. You will need to upload your own images for your site.”
You receive the placeholders, which should be simply substituted with your own content.
