This theme is good, but its extremely frustrating. The point of using Elementor is to create the ENTIRE SITE in Elementor so that ALL elements can be easily edited with Elementors options, not custom code an entire back-end GUI with limited customizations connecting to Elementor. This makes ZERO sense. I am scrolling through CSS codes just to change the font color of the sticky menu. Why would the menu be created and embedded outside of Elementor. This is non-sense…
Ryse has 16 types of pre-designed and pre-set headers with different types of functionality which non-technical users find easy over elementor. Having said this, we do have themes with Elementor and Header builder where users control header elements with Elementor, but it has some disadvantages.
Now coming back to your question: To change Sticky menu color you simply need to expand header settings From Theme Options -> Header -> Expand the header type setting (for example Header style six setting) and scroll down until you see Sticky menu setting – https://prnt.sc/rg6djb . You definitely don’t need custom Css to change color of sticky menu.

You guys said you would be releasing the “Blocks” feature this week. Any news on that? (So we do not have to save each section a a template to be used in Elementor, instead we can just upload all blocks/sections and use on any page.

Today an update should go live. Blocks feature is only available on Elementor Pro version. We’ll update the theme with sections which would work as Blocks. Sections are saved with Page-name and heading identifier so that one can find and implement sections easily.

I was about to buy the theme when I immediately noticed a bug, at almost all the home pages, by scrolling the page the drop-down menu appears, but the sing up button becomes totally white without text (totally white).
We don’t see it that way. May be your version didn’t load correctly? Maybe a screenshot would help us to understand better.

HI, thanks for the update. I have had a look but cannot see any domain (tld) search feature in the demo. Does this have one, and work with WHMCS now?
It’s a design and doesn’t have WHMCS integrated as this is not a hosting theme. If we include whmcs for one then have to include same for all demos.
Hi, ANY time of header I select it ends up dissapearing and going blank (white background) – I don’t understand what is going on, it certainly seems like a glitch. How would I fix this? (

If you see complete white background then it’s the WordPress which couldn’t process/save the request at that moment. Please send access and we’ll check promptly.
Is there any popup option available?

ANOTHER QUESTION for the blog post widget – I have set 1 for the mobile (1 per row) but there is no option to view more then 1 blog post on the mobile view in Elementor, how do we do this? I can only select the “Number of Posts on Mobile” per row, this is silly. How do we have multiple row to have lets say 3 blog posts on mobile?
- ALSO – is there really no icon widget by you guys? We only have the free widget by Elementor? Theme seems a bit limited there. These are just my own thoughts.

Hello, Blog post on side bar comes from post widget . On admin panel there is an option to choose no of post on side bar . You can select it from admin panel . Please see screenshot(https://nimb.ws/VdpH7v).

‘Popular’ tag is available for ‘Style Three’ and ‘Style Seven’ of ‘Pricing Table’ element. Also, you need to put ‘seo-pricing-element’ class on the ‘Advanced’ section for the ‘Pricing Table’ element.

It has the image (Man and a Big bulb ) attached with its background
I need the same BG but i will custom attach illustrations which is not possible as of now because Illustration is attached in background image.

Im totally disappointed with service , I ask my problem more than 2 times and also raise ticket for it but did not get any response back. its a serious issue with theme.
After update of theme I facing with critical issues.
ISSUE : 1
1) I didn’t want any woo-ho commerce service like product. shop etc.
this kind of pages automatically crawled by google search engine. But Did not want that , It downgrade my website performance.
When I disable woo-hoo commerce plugin whole website is changed automatically , font is change , footer is change whole layout is change.
I need quick support for this issue. Im so disappointed.
Please help me , Im waiting since 2 months atleast help here , bcuz your support system portal is totally worst idea.

We use same helpdesk software what Envato uses. if you don’t get reply from Zendesk then there is a serious issue with your email or email filter. We need access of your site to inspect your issue. With woocommerce disabled whole website can’t change automatically. Woocommerce is not essential or required to run Ryse. We do need your site access to check your claim.

You can enable mobile menu for specific header from specific header settings through Theme Options. For example, in https://ryse.radiantthemes.com/home-version-nine/ demo, header ‘Style Eight’ is running, so you can enable mobile menu for that header by choosing ‘Yes’ from ‘Theme Options > Header > General > Header Eight Settings > Enable Mobile Menu’ ( Please check:- https://nimb.ws/Fgij4K ).

You can change the title text by changing the portfolio title. You can change the category text from ‘Portfolio > Portfolio Category’.
