Your theme does not have any theme options or newsletter to be translated, moreover the requirement is translating the content of the newsletter but it is not allowing the WPML plugin to do that , ITS A BUG !!!!!!!!!

Your support person does not understand the basic bug request !! He is repeatedly sending an external WPML link for string translations which does not do anything with this issue !!!

Hi,
This is not a bug of the theme. The default content is English when you select a language, the content will not translate to that language automatically and you shouldn’t go to Appearance > Customize to change it. You must follow the WPML documentation to translate it.
