It is disappointing how terrible their Support is. A ticket was raised on Apr 11 on the issue with their mobile menu, and we were promised a fix on Apr 16. We provided full access as they’ve requested, and they have not been replying us ever since then. Several chasers were sent but they all turned cold. Disappointing. A refund will be initiated.
It’s utterly disappointing how there isn’t any reply since 22 April and our website is left hanging with the broken mobile menu.

Hello. I’m interested on purchasing your theme however the megamenu on WordPress is very basic compared to the megamenu being used on WHMCS where it’s very nice. You guys should consider using it on WordPress as it is very appealing with buttons, icons, column dividers, etc.

I believe there is a bug on the current version. In your demo, the header background color becomes white on mobile devices, but on desktop it’s dark version.
