Hi there,

I hope you are well. I have purchased the Chariton WP theme and in first attemps to upload demo content in order to get started – I am recieving the following error:

{status for new AJAXrequest!: 25.831704854965”}

After 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th attemps to import demo content both with one click and manually from files provided, I am still receiving this error:

{status“}

I am at a loss as to how to correct this problem and despite attempts to move forward with setup in the event this may rectify itself – the site is not displaying properly with menu navigation out of place and content overlap – I am also experiencing troubles with blank white pages on saving any settings for any pages.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
