Hello,
I bought this theme and found a major bug. Any clickable phone number causes a white screen of death.
I have looked at your demos, they show up as blank screen, too.
Our website does the same, blank screen when someone clicks the phone number.

Yes you can edit the codes to use your own separator or you can upload image of the separator . There is option to set image as separator in the heading element.

1- You can add DHL tracking on your own by using free plugins from WordPress Repository . https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/DHL+Tracking/
We do not provide support for third party plugins. You will have to contact the Plugin developer support for their assistance.
2- Yes you can Customize as per the project requirements and use child themes so they are not lost in updates.
3- Yes Image Included. 4- Currently Apress is bundled with WP Bakery Page builder which is the premium Page builder. However you can use your own page builder as per requirements.

Once installed you will have to add sliders using the Slider Shortcode or its Wp Bakery Element. It will not show in the slider type by default. Its only configured for Bundled Slider Revolution.

I freaking LOVE this theme. My only concern is that appears that the WPBakery plugin does not appear to be updated regularly. My OCD and security focused mindset would prefer if I can apply all updates within 30 days of release.

hello i purchased the apress theme and noticed that the BLOG STYLE 12 does not display images and there is no where that has has the side bar generator for me to generate multiple sidebars
i have just noticed that most of all the BLOG STYLES when using visual composer does not display the images and it just not stretch across the full page

It’s not the website problem but not fixed theme bug. The link in translation string is broken. You should add this option to admin panel in Portfolio section – not in language translation. We want to buy 4 or 5 licences but it is not fixed!
