This is very sad to know that this theme has not updated the its plugin. I contacted my host , they website is getting critical errors because of two plugins : JSComposer and Essential grid. Please update this. I am very frustrated with this theme now. Can i please get my refund or get he instant support .
I have renamed those plugin but thats not the permanent solution . please help me else refund me.
I think you need to work in this theme. Please update it or refund my money . I am wasting my time with you guys .

I can explain a little bit: we try to update when the plugins have a big update. You can see that plugins’ authors will update them frequently, sometimes, they are just a minor fix and don’t make a big change when we use the previous versions. In your case, we will take a closer look and give you the right solution here. I guess we will help you to re-import the demo content.

I have submitted so many tickets but no solution. I will provide you the FTP account details too, but this is very bad experience .Now i don’t want to continue with this theme. Can you please refund me . I bought the theme almost three weeks ago , but nothing happened yet. I have deleted the wordpress and then re install by changing the PHP version because one your support member said this is happening because server is using very high version of PHP . I have reset it everything , but still the same. Please find the attached email I received from the wordpress support. I have sent you one screen shot yesterday too.Please take it seriously and provide the solution .

You can find header setting at Customize -> Header
To add social icons to header, go to Appearance -> Menu, add your social link & set Location -> Social Profile Menu

I just updated to the new wordpress update and the “Customize” option does not work. The page is blank and says Loading.

I’m not having issues with the Menu, the “services” section on the homepage under the slider is not displaying like the demo. Also I know where to adjust the sidebar, I can’t get the sidebar to display the services with the icons like the demo.

List service is different with the demo because you are using the different ess grid skin, you should choose: Infinity Features

The ess grid I currently have set on my homepage is the Infinity features. I have also tried infinity services. The demo that came with it had a bunch of “client” text listed and this is the closest I could get it to the demo.

Is it necessary to buy additional plugins or are they already included in the theme?

Our theme includes lifetime update. You don’t need to buy plugins when they are bundled with the theme because you still can use them without purchasing a single license.
Our theme is created based on Visual Composer Builder, it’s not compatible with Divi.
