Hi . I am looking to purchase a new license and need my content migrated but I am nervous the migration will cause errors on my website. I am not a developer I am the business owner and I am struggling to get support or get hold of someone who can assist me from the theme developers? Any advice please?

This is so you can ask them how to migrate the content of your site from an old to new purchase code. This will ensure that no issues will occur after the update.

Yes I would like to purchase a new license as I need support on the theme and I cannot get any. I have a feature on woo commerce not working ( product reviews ) and need to know if there is a Woodmart Child theme update available s we think it might be a theme issue. The person who bought the them initially is from another company the guys who built my website. So can I need to update the license to extend the support but the license is NOT on my name / business name to I need to migrate the license on to my account?
You just need to purchase a separate license on your account. Then, create a new account on our support forum and create a topic with your support request.

ok so that’s exactly the problem . I can’t renew the support as the license is not on my account? How do I transfer the license on to my account so I can extend the support?
We are not able to transfer licenses on ThemeForest. I think that it is not possible at all. And you must ask Envato support for help in this situation.
OK I will ask them I suppose . Can you tell me if there is any theme update for the Woodmart Child Theme as there has not been one and we are getting some error messages from woo commerce saying the theme needs to be updated but I can’t see an update?
Child theme is made for your customizations and we never update it. But note that your customizations made there (if any) may be not compatible with the latest version of the parent theme and our support doesn’t include fixing such kind of issues.
OK thanks – so will updating the parent theme affect the child theme and if that can be done how do we do it? Alternatively should we migrate to the parent theme which is Woodmart Premium I assume? Sorry I know I am being a pain
Child theme is empty by default so if you didn’t add any code there, it will not have any issues after the update. Sorry, but we are not able to know if you customized anything there or not.

Hi, I have updated to woocommerce 4.0.0 I noticed many issues with the stock levels now. Someone orders something and quantity goes from 2 to 1 on order page but on product page quantity goes to 0. Woocommerce status says that these are oudated. woodmart/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php woodmart/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php

1) On the WPBakery Custom CSS file generator page, all the elements are shown as unchecked by default—> https://pasteboard.co/J1slavT.png
This is a bit confusing. I suggest that those elements in used by default should be checked on this screen.
2) If user did not generate the WPBakery Custom CSS file, the css file used is js_composer.min.css, which is load BEFORE the child theme’s style.css.
However, if user generate a generate the WPBakery Custom CSS file, the css file used is js_composer-99999999.css (999999 is a series of number), which is load AFTER child theme’s style.css.
This may cause problem if user only run WPBakery Custom CSS file AFTER the site is ready. The styling may go haywire due to the last minute changes of the order of the stylesheet.
Overall, a very good theme.
