I’ve created some pages using Elementor but in these pages, the header and footer are not showing.

We don’t officially support Elementor. You might need to use Elementor Block plugin.

I’d like to have the blog page similar to what’s on http://thetheme.io/thesaas/blog/sidebar.html with sidebar to the right. The theme has only Blog1 and Blog2 blocks, none has the sidebar. Any ideas?
NM, I got it. Had to set to not to hide sidebar in Appearance > Customize > Blog, and set layout to Grid
In one of the comments you say there is already a child theme, but I can’t find it. In the zip file of the theme, where can I find it?
My mistake, I downloaded only the WP theme, should have downloaded all the files.
after an update my woocomerce product pages are now scrolling straight to the product description tab by default (skipping past my short description and gallery) and I do not know how to turn this new behaviour off… cant find it in any of the customisation options.. How can I add javascript to a SPECIFIC PAGE only right before closing body tag? I have tried some plugins, but all loaded before the SaaSX javascript libraries. It seems that the theme doesn’t have a webhook before the close body tag. Please help.
We have a place for that. Open Appearance > Customize > Additional Javascript and paste your code there.

In that case, best option is to add a Custom HTML block to your page and put the JS inside.
I see the difference this theme between bootstrap version (TheSaas) and wordpress version (TheSaas X). Some blocks in bootstrap version don’t exist in wordpress version. Is it possible to add blocks and style (like color granim) bootsrap version in wordpress version? Are the assets (css and js) same between bootstrap version and wordpress version? So i can modify several pages on wordpress using html (use css and js within) then get the same design as bootstrap version.
Yes, assets are almost the same.
In feature block 1, is it possible to remove the “See more features” button? If no, is there a similar block or combination of blocks I can use which will look the same but without the button?
Yes, just leave the button text empty and it will be removed on website.

A few weeks ago I asked about Woocommerce, but may be I wasn’t clear enough. I see that you have Woocommerce css and basic styles for product listing and checkout page (for example), which are pretty good. Do you have some kind of additional css/html or something more, which we have to do to open product page. We see in your static html theme you have woocommerce pages.
Do you jave these static HTML woocommerce pages in your TheSaasX version?
Can we even use the Elementor version of Woocommerce?

Yes, we have some basic css styles for WC, but it’s not like what you see in HTML version. That’s why we say we don’t support WC, because the look and feel is not like HTML version.
I have not tried the Elementor version for WC, but it should work just fine.

You can remove it by adding following code to your Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, but you can’t move it to the right side.

Site title and tag line are not showing in my main page: https://datask.co I have a page named ‘Prediction’ which I set as the main site page. I would like the title and the tagline to be what I specified for the website, but instead they are just the age name and the domain name, how can I fix it?
As you mentioned, we display the page title you’ve written for the page you selected. This make it easier to create different homepages and switch between them. So this is the expected behavior in this theme.
OK, so when are the title and tagline presented? Is it possible for me to make them visible using some other page? If they are not presented, why are they in the customize page?
We don’t use them at all. Every page has it’s own title, and we use that title instead of the traditional title and tagline settings. We have not added them to WordPress, they were there since the inception of WP.

Hello, the 404 page is showing a blank page with simple text, not the one presented at the theme’s preview. How is it possible to enable the 404 page?

Could you share a url to your website?
It should be a server-side issue that might doesn’t send 404 error. WordPress is handling this error and it’s not much of theme related if you have 404.php file in your theme directory.
I was able to fix it. This was an issue with permalink using /?post=id , it needed to be change to /post_name By the way, permalink is working very buggy with this theme =\
Themes don’t have any control over permalinks. They’re handled using WordPress itself. You can configure them from Settings > Permalinks.
When going to edit a page on WordPress, I get the following message instead of being able to view the blocks:
“Your site doesn’t include support for the “thesaasx/cover-16” block. You an leave this block intact or remove it entirely”.
That message is shown for every single block. Help!
You’re using the outdated version of theme. Please update both theme and plugin named TheSaaSX. If you don’t know how, please visit http://thetheme.io/thesaasx/support/faq/

This block is meant to be use in Layout > Header posts. When you put the block in a Header post, we’ll automatically replace those texts which actual content from the post.
Hi, we bought years ago your theme The Saas, not the saasX, and we noticed few months later that you change everything with the new theme. My question is: is it possible to change theme now without losing contents about pages and news mad the “theelementor”?

Unfortunately, you should build your website again. They are totally different themes, with different design, different features, and different page builder. That’s why you can’t simply update to TheSaaSX from TheSaaS.
The best transition solution is to install a new WordPress on a subdomain for example, gradually create pages, and eventually move it to your main domain.
Yes, you can use Elementor in the new version but we don’t have our blocks inside Elementor.

It looks like you need to contact the plugin developer. I can’t think of any issue in the theme side. BTW, you can write your CSS inside Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Hi,
The blocks we have not implemented in WordPress version are those that require too much customization in the editor. That’s why we have not implemented them and we don’t have to do so. But feel free to use Custom HTML block and copy html code from the Bootstrap version. Most stuff should work this way if you’re familiar with HTML a little bit.
We don’t have any plan to release major updates at this point. So yes, it would be limited to small maintenance updates with current existing features.
