Hi, the carousel bullets were considered too small and there may be others. When the demos were initially designed these suggestions didn’t exist, and even now they aren’t breaking any functionality, they are just deemed too small, perhaps based on some generic finger sizes so they can be easily tapped/clicked.

In some cases, like the carousel bullets, they aren’t even meant to be clicked – they’re just there to show that multiple items are available, like a pagination of sorts – so they are intentionally designed smaller to only serve as a visual guide. But since they are clickable elements Google thinks they are actual buttons that some fingers may not be able to touch.

Again, these aren’t theme issues, rather just the way some demos were designed, with some elements like the carousel bullets too small, or other icon buttons, like Add to Cart icons, especially in the Mini Products modules.

All these are fixable by going through the various admin options and simply make the elements a bit bigger, or add more spacing like padding or margin around them.

We will go over our demos to enlarge some of these elements, however I don’t have a timeframe right now but it’s on our to-do list.

Hi, Thank you for your fast reply. Of course being mobile friendly according to google standards is the basis now of all eCommerce platforms since they push us to do so. Fortunately journal is soooo customizable.

In this case this is not a problem of the bullets as i already mentioned in my previous post. This is because of the overflow in all carousels.

So if you just go to styles>carousel>hide overflow everything goes back to normal.

Hi, this isn’t possible with built-in options unfortunately, you’d have to manually obtain the icon code (from the browser code inspector) and then use custom CSS/HTML on your elements.

Okay, i tried it. All went good but cannot find the Ajax data: in checkout.twig to add “collapse-payment-method input”, according to this Article: https://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=204399.

Hi, we cannot guarantee Journal nor Opencart may work with such amount of products, there are a lot of factors that may affect store performance (hosting plan, hosting configuration, amount of products you display on a page, criteria you use for displaying them, ie bestsellers, etc).

This differs from store to store, it would be better to consult with an Opencart developer for more information.

Hi, you can delete multiple entries from database only using a tool like phpMyAdmin and you can disable saving entries from database by modifying catalog/controller/journal3/form.php file, there are no options for these in admin.

One-page checkouts are not compatible with Paypal anymore. Paypal has changed its API and Opencart followed suit from version 3.0.3.1. It’s not a theme version issue, you may have updated the Opencart version. You can roll back Opencart to a version prior to 3.0.3.1

As it stands now, no one-page checkouts work with Paypal so you can either roll back Opencart to a version before 3.0.3.1 or use the default Opencart multi-step checkout.

We are monitoring this and if a solution surfaces we will of course implement it, but as it is now this is out of our hands.

Sorry but my support expired and just for 1 button when i’m testing or worth it to migrate from journal2 to journal3 it not worth it.

Checked Journal > Skins > Edit > Catalog mode everything in enabled Also everything is enabled in jounral > style > product page > add to cart
