We’re not really sure where did you get that latest WPBakery versions are not compatible with latest WordPress versions, because that is incorrect. Bundled version of WPBakery Page Builder is 6.0.5 which is compatible with the latest WP version, but we can provide you with version 6.2 as well, when you purchase our theme and submit a ticket to our Help Center.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there’s nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

HI, this theme is amazing but i have some troubles to customize all fonts. I tried to change family but seem it take the default font ‘Lato’. I solved it adding coding on ‘additional css’, but now I need to change size and responsive options for each text element (h and paragraphs) How can I change them? Thank you

We purchased and using the theme. I see that our support expired, but am still asking, hoping you can give us an answer. We have 2 different menus, each with different menu items. Within elated options or theme options, standard header is set. For specific pages and posts we have chosen vertical header. We can see the vertical header and menu items on desktops, but on mobile, the main menu items are showing up. I know the vertical header can not be visible on mobile. We just need to see the right menu items. So, how can we make the items within the vertical menu to be visible when clicking the menu (the 3 horizontal lines) on mobile? What am I missing?

Please note that there is no option within the theme to have different header on mobile version as once you assign your menu as Main navigation in Appearance > Menus https://www.screencast.com/t/GPfSP7uc1v5J it will be displayed on the mobile as well.
Right now on your end the Menu that you have assigned in Appearance > Menus will as well be displayed on your page where you would like to have another menu.
So unfortunately what you want to achieve is not possible within our themes options.

We imported the demo content and we started to replace with our images and our texts.
We have a problem with the display and also the click of some portfolios.
On our “CAS CLIENTS” page, you can not click on one of the cases … If you try to click on “ELECTRO-DEPOT”, nothing happens.
On the direct link of https://www.lesficellescreatives.com/portfolio-item/electro-depot/ sometimes the text appears (lorem ipsum) and sometimes it does not appear (you have to refresh the browser to see it).
Likewise, when you click on Previous post or Next post, sometimes nothing appears and you have to refresh the page.

Hi, I bought this theme more than a year ago. The WPBakery Page Builder was included, but it needs an update. The pages that I`ve built with it, indeed, don`t show the modules anymore, they show all the code instead. Can you update your theme, so everybody can still use it?

- On the “Videos” page (http://monikamakitalo.com/videos/), the embedded videos are not shown despite being there.
- On the ”Blog” page, the banner below our top pic is now completely out of alignment, as well as the CTA (it should all be aligned left but that doesn’t seem to work on our side anymore). Also, the preview of the blog posts are gone, only category list remains. We’ve tried set up this blog page as the posts page in the Customize section of Wordpress but it made the top pic & CTA banner disappear.
- On the Home page, CTAs are not aligned left anymore under each section. Nothing seems to be effective on our side.

WP Bakery PB (Visual Composer) and Rev Slider come with our theme as bundled plugin via extended licence we have bought. More about it can be found in this article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10866/ and also there is another useful link on Envato about bundled plugins in that article.
So, WP Bakery PB and Rev Slider will work fine for you, just ignore messages and warning about activation of it.
We see that your account doesn’t have active support license. But since this might be the issue with compatibility we will take a closer look.

As you can see in the following screenshot, you can set Click Behavior in Elated Gallery settings → http://postimg.cc/qNnS65Vd In this way you can enable open PrettyPhoto gallery on click, as we did here → http://postimg.cc/9zb7Cmr6 Please note that by default, PrettyPhoto gallery comes with this theme and if you want to use some other gallery instead, that will require some custom coding.

All our themes are translate-ready, which means all labels are translatable using some software or a 3rd party plugin. We would suggest WPML translator plugin, because it’s tested and compatible with all our themes.
