We suppose you to switch PHP version on 7.2. It is possible to perform via cPanel or another similar control panel for the hosting. You may also ask your hosting support to upgrade PHP version.

Hi there, I just bought your LifeGuide Theme, which I like quite much. Unfortunately, there’s a problem with the Brizy Live Editor. When I click on pages->homepage->edit and edit with Brizy, I see a blank page where I can add elements, but I do not see nor being able to edit the existing front page of the theme which I would like to adapt. The issue with incorrect full-width appearance and footer/header elements usually occurs due to the Brizy Page Builder. Do not use it, because it is not completely compatible with our native Unyson Page Builder. In order to fix full width for your page, please click WP Dashboard => Pages => All Pages => select necessary page and apply for page attributes full-width template: http://prntscr.com/krmu7t Then update page and check result at front-end.

Hi. I loved the template and bought it, expecting it to work as the demonstration showed. I followed down and upload and I was able to activate it, but it looked nothing like demo and I got error notes at bottom of template page. I tried uninstalling and do it again, but I am upset at this stage, as it was meant to make my life easier, not waste a whole day to sit in front of a mess. I have another website with wordpress, so I know basics, but no more. I hope you will be able to simply provide support in correct installation as demo shows, please. I have hostpapa and wordpress. If this will not look like the demo and contain all features, please reimburse my money, as I do not have access to technical support and can not afford specialist help. Hope for help…

I’ve been fighting this theme for hours. None of the options come up like they are in the tutorials or the index theme. I’ve fought to the extent that I don’t even want to continue. I’d really appreciate a reimbursement and I’ll gladly delete the theme. But Unyson nor Brizzy allows me to edit the demo content so it’s all futile at this point.

The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” error message being displayed when uploading or activating the theme. To install theme – first extract all files from the main archive: your_archive-with-wordpress-theme.zip and use your_theme.zip as installation file. Install all plugins and extensions, activate them and them click WP Dashboard => Tools => Demo Content Install => Install After that you will see your website filled with content as on the demo.
