I have recently purchased the sassico theme, when trying to import demo data its not showing all the demos that available on the theme page, Many of the pages are coming up with “404 Not Found” error. can you please help me with that.

Really interested in Saasico. Want to know if I need Elementor Pro to use your advertised 200+ blocks. As per my understanding, Elementor free doesn’t allow Blocks. Or did you mean sections saved as elementor templates? Either way is fine. Would definitely buy, just want to get confirmation.

Hey Guys – How do I get support for a clients purchase of the template? I have the purchase code and their information, but want to interact in your Support Center directly with you instead of having to force the client to log in and ask questions to you that they have no idea what they mean.
I tried signing up for an account on your site, but you force the authentication of the theme purchase to my account – and the client purchased their own template.

You can create oiwn account and add purchase code on it.. we have two ways to login and register in our support desk.

Thanks – but I tried that and it seems to do a call back to ThemeForest to see if my username has the same purchase code attached to it?
I got the purchase code off of the PDF of the license certificate that the client supplied – I checked and I copy/pasted correctly.
Any other ideas?
Specifically, the error that comes up after I enter the Purchase Code on your support site is:

This means you have tried to use purchase code which are not valid.
Please talk to the purchaser to open a ticket for you.

I find it very surprising to hear that my client (who I trust and has spent a TON more on so much) would go to the work to create a false PDF from Envato to spoof a Purchase Code for your $29 template. I really think there is a problem with your system. But we will sit here, stuck, asking them to create a ticket for you to somehow solve this so that we can talk directly to you.

This is EXACTLY the problem I told you about.
I did not purchase the theme…the client did. So you setup your support system to do a check of Envato to confirm that I bought the theme…so it’s always going to come up as False.
Instead…you want me to bug my client every time there is an issue, ask them to create a ticket with a copy and paste of my question, take your answer, copy and paste it to me, etc….this – is the definition of inefficient.
Instead, you could just confirm there is a valid purchase code and provide support. But no….you want a middle man to handle all communication.
nothing work on this theme .. it’s crazy , I’m using Sass4 template as one page, menu and I realized that it’s not visible anymore, can’t add other type of menu, it doesn’t have a post or page template that it’s similar with the homepage … I’m laughing here … never encountered such a messy theme

Why are demo options limited? I don’t see many demo pages in import demo option. I wanted to import Digital Agency v3 but there’s no option to import it.

hi, this elementor plugin is quite heavy. Per request it’s taking more than 64mb because of which server is going out of memory very often. Is there any way to fix it?

Now a days no site will run properly with 64MB limit. Please increase your server PHP details. If you don’t have an idea about it contact your hosting provider. They will do this for you.
