Hello, might be very stupid question but i cant find a solution. I have installed the theme, and I installed the demo version “Fashion”.
Then if i try to change the demo version to any other types, for example to “Food”, then the website shows the new demo version on first page refresh only. But if I click on any website link such as menu link or any other links, the website reverts back to previous demo version and does not stay on the new current demo version that I installed.
How can I fix this.
Sorry and one more problem I am facing. I just tried to set up Infinity demo version. Now I tried to change back the demo version to another version, where there is no inifinity scrolling as i dont like this, but the infinity scrolling still remains. I am not sure what I am doing wrong

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

$42 for a simple answer to a misconception on your end is a bit harsh!

Does the ajax search function work only for product? Does it work for post or page as well?

I want to use your search function for documentation page. In this case I need to use post and post categories. I make a documentation page and add “AJAX Search” via WP bakery page builder. For “Search post type” I choose “post” and for “show category” I choose “YES” and save. But when I view in the page, there’s a search box but it’s not ajax search as there’s no live search in the search box when I typing a word. Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hi xtemos, Got an issue with child theme´s style.css file. Anything in there will be constantly ignored to render. Yes, child is active theme (it’s functions.php works fine) and yes, child theme´s style.css is loaded properly.

Ok, fixed it. The child’s style.css missed something ref the enqueue styles. you must have changed something from older versions ref that.

I `ve edited Custom js tab in theme options and caught a mistake after saving. The save button in theme options has dissappeared, in which theme files i can find this tab files to delete it or edit via ftp ? Cos i can`t edit or save theme options in admin panel.

Seems i need to register there. It`s to long. Look here, ihave commented out Global Custom JS in options file in theme here , and everything back to normal. Where do i find the file in the theme to edit global js tab to fix the code ? Then i`ll uncomment this section and it will apperar again in options menu.

Our theme package contains Revolution Slider but it doesn’t include their license key. If you need premium features and developer support, you need to purchase the plugin separately. Note that it is not required and we didn’t use any premium extensions on our demo.

Yes I would like to purchase a new license as I need support on the theme and I cannot get any. I have a feature on woo commerce not working ( product reviews ) and need to know if there is a Woodmart Child theme update available s we think it might be a theme issue. The person who bought the them initially is from another company the guys who built my website. So can I need to update the license to extend the support but the license is NOT on my name / business name to I need to migrate the license on to my account?
You just need to purchase a separate license on your account. Then, create a new account on our support forum and create a topic with your support request.

We are not able to transfer licenses on ThemeForest. I think that it is not possible at all. And you must ask Envato support for help in this situation.
OK I will ask them I suppose . Can you tell me if there is any theme update for the Woodmart Child Theme as there has not been one and we are getting some error messages from woo commerce saying the theme needs to be updated but I can’t see an update?
Child theme is made for your customizations and we never update it. But note that your customizations made there (if any) may be not compatible with the latest version of the parent theme and our support doesn’t include fixing such kind of issues.
OK thanks – so will updating the parent theme affect the child theme and if that can be done how do we do it? Alternatively should we migrate to the parent theme which is Woodmart Premium I assume? Sorry I know I am being a pain
Child theme is empty by default so if you didn’t add any code there, it will not have any issues after the update. Sorry, but we are not able to know if you customized anything there or not.
