The support for this Theme is terrible, No Chat functions and up to 8 days to wait. It has also been programed by people with zero knowledge of the F&B industry, there are no functions for adding discount codes, there is no easy build out for new comers to Wordpress and the plugins required for any normal biz ad up to around $200 and then functionality takes a Dip. The editor is not working for me personally, zero response. Overall.. 4 out of 10

We do have our support help center which is working perfectly fine, where our support agents are trying their best to answer all our customers request. So if you possibly do have a request please provide us with your request ID so we can check.
Also all our theme features are presented on our website demo as well as you do not need to have any additional plugins, it really depends on your needs. The theme comes with specific plugins included which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo website.

Thanks for taking an interest! There is no option to have a “minimal header” within our theme options unfortunately, however you could perhaps alter the CSS so the mobile menu will be active on the desktop version.

Thanks for taking an interest! Our theme is compatible with Contact form 7 plugin which you can use to create your forms. Gravity forms has not been tested with our theme and we cannot guaranty theme compatibility. You can though always test this on your end.

On the navigation next the pages there is a moustache. How do I remove it on the navigation? I’ve tried to submit thru the ticketing system and it keeps telling me to validate, which I already did.
Please just comment here on this, other people have asked the same question. I want to remove this from the header on the navigation, next to the page name.

You need to make sure you’ve chosen “Select Themes” from the dropdown list as well as Don Peppe theme. You also need to properly copy the purchase code and that’s it. In DonPepe Options > Mobile Header you do have the option to change the SVG icon to your needs. you can replace it with your own SVG path or you can choose another Icon source.

I purchased your theme and it would not work on install, I contacted you a couple times via your support link to Qode but have not heard back and sadly I have had to use another theme as I have a deadline to meet. Please can I get a refund as it is now redundent.

Unfortunately, it is not RTL ready. It means that all basic shortcodes will be shown well, but our custom dynamic shortcodes wont be displayed well.
