I see site admin can send monthly payment requests to Vendor using WooCommerce plugin. Can Vendor send similar monthly invoices to Customer?

not really, site admin doesn’t send anything using WooCommerce. As booking payments are based on WooCommerce, each booking created an Order in WC which is paid to the site admin (as you can set only one set of payment methods in WooCommerce) – those transactions are stored in Commissions page in wp-admin,and in Listing Owner’s Wallet page, where he sees how much money he can expect from site admin to be transferred, but those happen manually.
as for invoices, as I mentioned the Orders are from WooCommerce and there are many invoice plugins for WC so it might be integrated with theme if there’s a need for that.
Hi, is that possible that the guest pays manually the complete booking amount to the owner and the admin don´t receive any payments, not a commission, not a booking amount. So a guest make a reservation and pays manually to the owner of the holiday home. Is that possible that the admin offers only the complete booking system, but the admin not receives any money of the booking. For me it is enought to offer a subscription package, I don´t want receive any money of the bookings and not need any commissions.

generally if you would define only one payment method “in cash” it would work for booking, but as the same methods would be available for subscription package it wouldn’t be possible to have two types. I’ll look into this but as for now I’d say no
Updated the template and plugins to version 1.3.1 after that the search stopped working! Specifying the city and date of arrival and departure. We don’t have option for that. There will be editor for registration form but for now maybe you could put both privacy policy and terms of use on one page and just rename that checkbox to show it includes both things?
Can I turn off booking facility for certain packages for example free listing does not get bookings but paid listing does?

What exactly you want to modify? Listing types define the booking type options, there’s no easy way to modify it

I’m afraid we don’t have such option and that would require digging in the code. Custom fields don’t have any compatibility with WPML

if you decide to use custom fields editor I think WPML won’t be possible to use, but if instead you will modify the fields in code and keep them as translatable strings, it is possibel to use WPML I’ve seen also sites using weglot like https://croatia.pl/
There’s no option to make form adapt to category, but you can choose fields to be shown for specific listing type (in Add Listing editor you have “For type” value for each field)
ok thanks, I have a couple of questions: 1. Is it possible to make certain sections available within the listing based on the user role or not? 2. If I insert a new section indicating how to turn it on and off, is it possible that when I turn it on it remains visible in the single listing while if I turn it off it disappears even if the fields inside it are populated? For example: if I need to have a section at the top of the single listing linked to a promotional or informational message and the customer fills in the various fields in the section, it would be useful to be able to turn that section on and off with just one button. it’s possible?

ad2. That would require custom development, we do have things already working like that like pricing section, opening hours, etc but it’s not possible to create such sections with editor, that would have to be done in code.
Yes, I know it should be done by code, however, because if I create a new section and enable the checkboxes “Make it switchable” and “Enabled by default”, when I activate and save them do they always return to me disabled?
Because they need additional input with type “skipped” Generally the editor is fairly simple, if you need to make more advanced changes, make new “switchable” sections etc you would need to check the includes/class-listeo-core-submit.php class and the init_fields function, it’s has filter submit_listing_form_fields so you can overwrite that from child theme and create the fields array as you need

Sorry but in my opinion your editor is nice, but has some bag to solve .. I create a section, enable the possibility of switch and it removes itself when I save, it also removes the flags that I put inside the section settings. a little strange .. I await your feedback please.

I have purchased and continue to set this up. I had trouble with contact form but got it in the end..
I saw a comment asking about child category count display – please please add this, it makes no sense to only count posts from parent. I might have a sniff around to add it myself but yes, really please add.
What would also be great is a nicely laid out category list with parent category at the top, child categories underneath. I have seen other directory themes do this.
I love the design on the user front end. I will do a review in a few days.

if you see your taxonomy page in wp-admin it also counts it without child categories

Sorry for the barrage of messages, I also think it’s a good idea to disable the “add listing” button when you are on the add listing page. I have done it with css for now, maybe it’s not that important but we are testing and instead of pressing submit, some people pressed the add listing button again, loosing their work haha.

the user pays after booking request and that money goest to site owner, then he has to make a payout to listing owners minus his commission (if set) – there’s no direct money transfer between user and listing owner (as for today)
I can see that in your demo there are 4 categories, fitness, events, eat&drink and apartments. Can one duplicate settings to create more categories?
Yes of course, it’s up to you what terms you set in those taxonomies
HI Guys i really need your help. I have used the poedit to translate the theme and the plugin. With the listeo-core wasnt a problem the thing is with the theme i have translated the file listeo.pot I have put the en-es.po file in the right path but it doesn’t work, nothing has changed related with that file.
