Hello, the support platform doesn’t seem to work, it is not letting me post tickets there. When I update a location or add a new one, such as the “Veggie Super market” one from your demo, clicking update loads a blank .php page without actually changing the content. Let me know if you can help,

If waiting 2 weeks for a response is normal for support then I will definitely be giving this layout 1 star. There’s a lot of basic setup which is missing from their installation documents so you have to contact support just to set it up, and a bunch of small errors like not including updates as new versions of licensed VITAL plugins come out. It’s one thing to have unresponsive customer service when an outage costs companies business, it’s a whole nother problem when your layout isn’t a simple install like it should be or like your listing claims. Please fix these issues and hire more customer support so your current customers can actually use this layout instead of only parts of it.

Let us explain you few things properly which may clear your confussions :
No 1. Please check our Demos and the Menus are working fine. That proofs there are no such issues with our theme codes.[ Even knowing these facts we have tried to solve the issues. ]
No 2. In our demos a sub menu class toggled on click or tap of the parent menu item which is missing at your site. That proofs that code has been modified. So please check what changes you have made [ Screenshot mailed ]
We are still finding the issues which created by you and will sent you the solutions if possible.
