You need to have a bg image (large) and a thumb image (smaller) for it to work. You can not use the large source image as a thumbnail. It will not auto resize it. You will need to resize it manually then save it under a different media name. Hope this helps.

This is the slow script error that is displayed on my mac after building 4 or 5 cj-sliders in the Slider Admin panel. Pressing continue allows the script to run then save. That’s building locally on my computer!! Once loaded to an external server this screen is no longer displayed and I am no longer able to save more then one cj-slider. If this can get fixed this theme would definitely jump to 5 stars.

I am unable to save more then one full screen cj-slider in the slider admin panel. I’ve spent hours building my site locally on my mac just to find out that this wordpress theme isn’t functioning as advertised.
If its a bug then OK. Just send me the html5 code so I can import it into the Royale’ Creative HTML5 50&Jack template that I also purchase.
Your support is really appreciated. Several other people on this forum are also experiencing the same issues.

1) How do I display the “info” box without having to select the “i” button in the home page? I want it always visible when a full screen background is displayed with the thumbnail/categories shown below.
2) I would also like to always display the Facebook and Twitter counts without having to click the “thumb” icon.
Is it possible to have the More buttons that appear under the portfolio items link to another site? I can change the “more” button in the homepage because its in the HTML editor but I can’t access them in pages that call portfolio items. This is all I see in the HTML editor

My web designer bought this template for us and and installed here: http://www.angiestrauss.com It’s great but on iPad / iPhone it’s not scaling (meaning we can zoom in to read text)
we’re running royale template version 1.2.1
I can see on later template version updates you have added a settings page for iPhone / iPad integration.
Do I need to update the template in order to have it view and properly scale (zoom) on mobile devices?
I would rather not as site is running perfectly otherwise and I am afraid it’s gonna mess everything up!

Just adding the songs to Music folder won’t change anything.

Is it possible to add a 5 star rating system within the slider admin? I would like images/videos to be rated and have a page showing results for the best in each category. Which rating system would you recommend?

First let me start by saying this is by far one of the best themes I’ve seen. The fact that it is html5, functions on mobile devices, and supports youtube and vimeo, makes it a versatile theme. So before I continue let me say, “Good Job.” I’ve ready all the issues throughout this thread and would like to tell everyone to please be patient with this developer. It’s not easy to create a theme, fix bugs, update documentation, and keep everyone happy. Before the latest update to wp 3.3.2 everything was working pretty well. However, after the upgrade I more problems so reverted back to the previous version of wp. So… before anyone complains about zoomit support please understand that upgrades on wp may also negatively effect performance from themes. This guy had a 5 star rating before wp3.3.2. For that… I commend you!!!
NOW … back to my issues. hahaha
I have a similar issue with ximereds. After duplicating and renaming a slider my mac seems to freeze. Luckily I’ve backed up my db and files so am unsure what the issue is.
