Hello one question:
Can I use the template to upload presentations, catalogs, and videos privately? I mean that a registered user can (or myself from the control panel) can upload product files for example and that only that user has access to those documents?
Or upload a company presentation for example and that all registered users have access to it?

I will recommend to add click on icon on main menu, a lot of users click on icon (and nothing happens) they expect (because of design) that all the square in main menu is a button , not just the text. My client want to change this, is there any “easy” way, i thought to change theme files but is running on a function, so it would be great for your future updates XD.

I am working on a business idea to:- Create dedicated intranet portal / enterprise platforms for different communities
- Admins of each community can make announcements to members
- Members of each community can submit forms that will be reviewed and processed by admins
- Members of each community can create tickets that will be reviewed and processed by admins
- Members of each community can book appointments
- Features such as forums, member directory, documents etc are visible to just the community members
- Community members can be added by invite only process

Groups is a part of Buddypress functionality.
The theme itself is a skin for Wordpress engine. WordPress has six pre-defined roles: Super Admin, Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor and Subscriber.
