Hi, I have a few pre-sale questions.
1. I tested the demo for Handycraft Marketplace. When I click add to cart, there is nothing appear on the cart icon. i.e. number of items added.
2. Also, I’ll be using Dokan Pro so I just need to make sure this theme is compatible, yes?
3. Is there product list view? So far I only see grid view. Are there options to change?
4. Can we add the wishlist icon next to the cart icon? Same thing as question #1, would be great to have numbers of items in the wishlist.
5. Lastly, can I change the sidebar on product page to be on the left instead of right like in the demo.
Sorry for asking so many questions. I just need to make sure I can make small changes and tweak things around before I purchase this theme.

1. paid add-on for Dokan – is this included or needs to be purchased separately? 2. is stripe payment processor supported?
I’d like to set up an Etsy.com type of store and this theme looks pretty close to being perfect for it. Great job. Any etsy type functionality that it’s missing in your opinion?
3. can we give vendors an option to choose which state and country they ship to?
4. vendor creating a new product – drag and drop for main image will not work
5. upload featured image is wordpress default screen. can that be unique?
6. create product and create & add new buttons are stacked on top of each other. can you fix css?

1. We don’t provide paid add-ons, but we tested our theme with all add-ons.
2. You can use Stripe. Etsy is our reference. Soon we will add ‘Add Favorites’, Ajax login popup and Social Login plugin.

5. We use featured image for Posts only. Do you mean that you need unique Title page image? If yes, it’s possible. We have Title builder.

5. when i click “upload a product feature image” button on above url it opens a default wordpress Image uploader. As I remember we have all what Dokan has. I notice. For demo we use Business Dokan to demonstrate that extra addons works. When you buy, you will use Free Dokan
in that case, what part of the demo will be not there in the free dokan?
i’m looking at dokan website and i see big differences between business and free. Does that mean that when i purchase your theme, in order to have same functionalities as your demo, i would need to purchase Doran add on?

Hi there, your theme looks promising but there are few unanswered questions & few suggestions I need to bring it up before I could buy it.
ALSO YOUR THEME DESCRIPTION PAGE HAS AN IMAGE WHERE YOU’RE OFFERING THIS THEME FOR $34 FOR A SHORT TIME. BUT PRICE IS STILL $69
Questions/suggestions
1- In Vendor>Settings>Store there is text line saying” Terms and Conditions
Show terms and conditions in store page” but where does vendor add their terms and conditions & where does it display on the store?
2 – If in woocommerce settings we only choose a certain country will that change list of all countries shown in the country drop-down menu in vendor address?
3- Can we disable/hide vendors address, phone number & email in the store page? Instead, it should only show city, country and instead of email if it can show store URL site.com/store/handy. Also, please remove the vendor info tab from the product display page? instead, vendor, short description say for 144 characters to describe their stroe just under there store name in banner
4 – There should be two more tabs under store banner after product tab that is About. So in all three tabs. Products | About | Review| Contact
5 – Store banner should also display a number of products sold by the vendor.
6- When you click login icon on the top right you get redirected to default woocommerce account page devkunstwerk/my-account that shows unnecessary tabs which are useful for an only single store. Can you not redirect that page to Vendor dashboard only?
7- What are the options available for site admin to monetize from the vendors? if I want to use this theme for cash on delivery only can we charge the vendors a signup fee or recurring subscription until they cancel the subscription? I see there is a page called devkunstwerk/sell-on-kunstwerk/ but do you have any options available to charge vendors subscriptions only?
8- Contact vendor form on shop page. Can admin receive a cc: in their inbox to ensure vendor & seller don’t complete the sale outside the platform? (this will be a must if admin charging a % on sale revenue.

1. I see TOC.I will check this option on default template in the morning and we will add it also.
2. Location is paid add-on for Dokan. It searches products in address radius. I notice in description that Add-ons are not included and it’s for demonstrations only.
3. You can hide phone, address using custom css or edit Vendor template. You can’t output just country, because Dokan output full address. The same thing is with tabs
4. I checked and I can see all tabs excerpt Contact. Developer will check it and I will make official update tomorrow.
5. Can you show example please.
6. If you logged in as Vendor you go to Vendor page directly. Also I want to add Ajax login poup with social login option in near future

8. You can adjust % or fixed price from each sale. So customer makes purchase and you get some money.

About number 8: Want I wanted to know is that the contact form you have used in the product display page. When a customer sent a message to the vendor, can admin receive a copy of that email so we know they both do not bypass the website and sell their products outside the website?
We added Biography and TOC https://velikorodnov.com/dev/devkunstwerk/store/asutin/ As I understand you can add Contact form using Sidebar. As I see Dokan don’t have sold tracking, but if you ask, maybe they can add such option. 8. I think it’s possible to customize this
Hi there! A pre-sale question, it’s compatible with visual composer plugin (it’s not included, I know, but compatible at least)? Are shortcodes readies to use them with visual composer without any user configuration? In case of neither of them, is there any in-built page composer or gutemberg composer is enough? Thanks a lot.
Hi mate, unfortunately we don’t use Visual Composer. We use Elementor Page Builder. For Posts we use Gutenberg Page Builder.

3. Is it possible to completely remove the map from the theme?
4. On the category pages, when you click a tag, it doesn’t filter products but shows all products with that tag. Can this be changed to only show products in the category you’re on that have the clicked tag?
Looking forward to your response, as I’d love to use this theme!
Also, on the version on /html/, on mobile the menu doesn’t work properly and categories in the footer go to blog
Hi there, 1. Yes, it supports, but you have to have Bookings plugin. 2. Thanks a lot for your links. I cleared the cache on the server. 3. Yes, Originally map isn’t included. It’s demonstrated for demo only. 4. Unfortunately no. If you need extended filtering, you need some plugin like WOOF
