Hi. Longtime user of this theme. works great. one problem- the hamburger menu does not display on tablets (displays fine on phone). Hamburger menu disappears when screen res. hits 768×1024 and then reappears when res. hits phone size. all plugins/theme up to date. please advise.

I don’t know why we can’t have a proper system to deactivate and reactivate the license. I’m having this nightmare every time my website needs scraping and I have to wait for help on activating the theme again. why I should pay for support to do basic user rights? if I paid for the theme I should own it, not pay again for activation every time I install on the same site!!! I tried to contact the author so many times but it looks there is nor response so far.
Hi. To deactivate a theme, click the deactivate button in the license field . I respond to all your messages within a few minutes . Thanks
You don’t need to renew support to deactivate it , just tell us that you forgot to deactivate the theme and we will check and do it for free as I did now . Thanks
Appreciate the quick response, and sorry for being frustrated, the previous site has been removed and we can’t access the deactivate option in the theme. we are using the same site name, host and configuration but the theme is not activating.

Hello am having many problems with the theme, there are a lot of static contents there. I don’t see to edit the service sidebars, breadcrumbs, Readmore texts, my main language is french, I have installed the loco translate but it seems the theme does not support it, please can you help me here. Also, does the theme support multilingual settup?

I’ve just purchased theme and installed. The home page is not exactly as per your demo. Following things have issues.
1) There is no second slide as your demo has. 2) Premium Security Departments section is missing images and icons. 3) Still have more questions? form section is not like as in your demo.
I’ve purchased this theme just becuase my client wants exactly as per demo.
