what would be optimal size for logo to appear without shifting below content body cause if i use 270×70 logo size it shifts the below content to more towards to right side

Hi there – I’m having an issue with the WHMCS – Bridge Plugin, I bought and paid for the membership, I’ve also uploaded the plugin into my website, and I successfully installed it according to the documentation, but when you run a domain search in the homepage, it directs you to the WHMCS page inside my website, it looks like you’re navigating into two different websites in the same website. Also, the login & register button in the top header menu of my website don’t work. How can I sync them with the WHMCS Login & Register button/database? Here’s my website https://hosting.winixx.com

It looks like that the WHMCS Bridge page is not properly setup on your site. Could you please check our documentation about “WHMCS” and the “Install WHMCS Bridge” section? It describes how to install the WHMCS and setup the WHMCS Bridge page. Once you setup the WHMCS Bridge page then the Homepage domain checker buy now button will redirect the user to WHMCS Bridge page and same for the Login/Register button.

I installed the WHMCS Bridge according to the documentation, but I had a problem with “slakewhmcs7”, I can’t find the file so I can’t upload it to “templates dir”, I’m not sure if it was sent to me by email, but I don’t have it. Also, all the images are loading with HTTP instead of HTTPS and it’s causing a huge problem with the site’s design. Refer to this image https://shordy.co/GMM

Glad to hear back from you. You can download all files from Themeforest and it includes the “slakewhmcs7” theme. Also, you can mail us here at teamdhrubok@gmail.com asking for the direct download link to the theme and we can share.
After importing the demo contents the demo importer failed to import and upload the images to your media library rather than in linked the images from our website to your site. Which is the domain is served in HTTP mode. As the images in our demo site should not be used in the production site of clients, you must change and upload your own images and thus the issue will be solved.

You can use the theme without WHMCS but our domain search is integrated with WHMCS Bridge plugin which requires WHMCS to be active. You can customize this feature as your project requirement needs.

There is an additional issue. On the mobile layout the logo and the hamburger menu are not lined up. It looks bad.
When rotating mobile landscape to portrait, the entire thing breaks and looks extremely bad.
I should have read the comments, because support seems very poor for this. I hope are able to resolve these issues, I feel like I was sold a broken product…
The more issues I am finding is atrocious. I need a full refund processed because this template is falsely advertising itself as a functioning product when it is not.

Hello, I just bought your template and I’m very disappointed that I have to buy also elementor pro and Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugins because without it, this template is not fully functional for me … When I was buying template it was not available this kind of info so I feel cheated.

Yes I see that elementor pro and acf pro is included in this theme but is outdated.

We appreciate your thoughts regarding it but it seems like that you have misunderstood this or got it wrong. We are using some premium plugins with the Slake theme and we have developer licenses to include the premium plugins with our themes. But you do not need to purchase any additional licenses to get the theme work. You can still able to use all the functionality of our theme and use all the plugins without providing licenses for them.
Without the licenses of Elementor Pro you can not get auto-update and can not import their library templates. But you can use our custom made templates and widgets.
Also, we include latest versions of the premium plugins with the latest releases of our theme.
If you have any more questions please let us know about it.

Thank you for your response. Based on you overall message it appears that the Live Demo site has changed! It is not as it was before. The page is actually now broken in a similar way to my page at the top – an issue you did not address in your response.
1 I have a Tab Slider 1 just like this. It is filled out with sample information from the data import like it should be. This is still not working.
2 this fix works thank you.
3 There was a background with ”+”’s that where grey that where tiled in the back. I don’t seem them on the link you have provided. I saw it before – I compared the Live Demo site to my site. The top bar also worked in the live demo site. You see how mine is all squished to the right. The first section “Wordpress hosting plan” is all on the right 10% of the screen and completely wrong. I don’t know why your demo site changed – but it now looks like mine and broken.
4 See #3 – The demo site changed. The border was here before. I understand about the image, thank you. I’m not terribly concerned about this border but there was one on the demo site before it was updated/changed.
5 I was able to fix this myself before your response.

It seems that there was a minor issue which was breaking the slider container. To fix this on your site please follow the steps below:
1. Please go to edit the page with Elementor 2. Edit the first section 3. Go to the Advanced tab 4. Remove the Custom CSS values from it and save the page.

Hi I have followed all instructions on a fresh install of wordpress. There are many errors in the layout of the theme and it does not match the demo site.
I am only using recommended plugins.

Slake’s popular services on home page doesnt display the box right where it has tabs for data transfer, shared hosting, cloud hosting, domain
At the bottom of the homepage the “Subscribe Newsletter” box isn’t displaying properly.
The textured background is missing on a lot of slides. For instant under “Most powerful hosting server” there is a grey background with ”+” in an array beyhind the graphics which isn’t showing up.
Popular Blog Host area is missing borders and also some images and not tiling right.
Social icons in the bottom right of the home page are missing circular items around them.
WHMCS bridge looks broken: https://ennwise.com/whmcs-bridge/clientarea/The client login area to the top right should say “Account” with a drop down. It is boxed in and chopped off.

Please go to Dashboard -> Tab slider and check if you have any slider tab created. The tab is not showing any content because you may not have any slider content created. Please use the below CSS codes to fix this.

Also, you can either delete the Hello World post or add a featured image to that post so it will show a featured image on your site
