Also frontend themes are not allowed to be bundle in admin dashboard themes. It’s a rule in envato, this is why the frontend theme was taken down

Go to chrome inspect element. Just after the body you will find a div with the class “pace” remove the class pace-inactive you should be able to inspect it properly then
