refund me please, this is a mess. demo one imported is nothing like your demo one you advertise. everything is on individual pages and none of it is properly editable. total mess.

I have just checked the demo content (I have import the demo content on fresh installation on my localhost with all up to date plugins and latest WordPress) – and looks ok for me. Ok, I have done this on my localhost (not on my server) but there should not be any difference.
Please open a support ticket on our forum and will help you with that. We will need also your website URL and admin info (username and pass) to check your content.

I can not give you a refund because you just say the theme is broken or is not working. All you need to do is to import demo content, set a custom menu and set a front page to be OnePage and all should work fine.
I have checked again the theme today and it looks all fine for me. Maybe I am missing something – maybe I am not looking on right place. All I am asking you is to show me what is not working?
So, I am asking you to start to collaborate and show me what is broken/does not work (we could fix all this in time) and if something is really broken I will update the theme in no time and you can use the theme (for this or maybe for some other project – theme comes with 8 demos and there is a big chance to use it for some other project).
You can send a refund request but I will not approve it because you refuse the support – you “don’t have time” to show me what is broken/not working. I want to help you but I can’t if you don’t start to collaborate.
All you need to do is to import demo content, set a custom menu and set a front page to be OnePage and all should work fine.
I did this, all the content was spread over many pages not one page. The elementor editor could not edit any content on any page, not only was there structure issues, nothing was clickable (page went half under elementor)
I don’t want to pay to waste my time waiting for you to fix something that is advertised as working out of the box. No part of what I installed worked as advertised. I was not able to make any of it work to at least throw something together.
I’m buying your theme to save myself time and money, having to deal with support and issues is not what i’m paying for. It’s only then costing me time and money.
If i get time later today or tomorrow i’ll set it up on a new domain, screenshot the issues and the settings and then take it from there. If it’s not working as expected, if it “should be fine” and is fine, then i’ll use it somewhere, if it is not, i do not expect to wait for support and do your debugging for you. I’m not buying a ready made product to be a collaborator. I’m buying it to be ready to work out of the box.

Sorry, I don’t understand about which Plugin you are asking? Cardea is a WordPress Theme which is using several Plugins.
But, I am guessing that you want to translate some parts – there is no option to be “auto translated” or just to “change language”. The translation is possible but you need to translate each string manually.

Yes you can – you don’t need Elementor Pro version for any demo/part of the theme. All is made with free version of Elementor and with custom widgets (which are of course included in the theme).

I’m not that satisfied! I installed Demo 1 (following all the instructions bot on pdf and on video) and it looks different from the preview. See it yourself http://www.webinkolorsbase.it/InKolorsGraphicDesign/
It looks like there’s something not working properly (font styles are different, dimensions are different, portfolio doesn’t work, the slider doesn’t work, the price tabs don’t work, the percentage bars don’t work, the contact form is awful and the footer is completely different!). It would be very easy to fix everything but the necessary elementor plugins to do it are locked cause they are PRO! I don’t have time to re-create the blocks one by one to make them look similar to the demo. I paid the template to have them ready to use immediately. I feel myself a bit cheated! Hope there is a way to solve it quickly, without paying elementor pro.

I’m using a child theme and demo 1 or 2 with one page holding split pages, and when I start scrolling the page the sticky script does not seems to work with some title wrappers, on others it works just fine (probably the original demo pages I edited do stick, as opposed to those I created that don’t stick). I’m aware my support just expired, but it looks trivial so I thought I’d ask anyway, if support can no longer be given may it serve as a bug report maybe.

It is because you don’t have enough content on some sections. Titles are getting sticky only when the content on other side of titles is bigger (height) than the height of the title. Title is “moving” up/down only inside his own section and height of section is not bigger than title it self – so, there is no move.

Hi, I purchased this template and am currently working to update for my company. So far so good, thank you. I have a few questions I will be asking to finalize. First issue: I’ve uploaded the Demo 1 content. I want my website menu to be like demo, so when you click on page the website automatically shifts to that page. Currently on my site, when you click on menu item it opens a new page associated with that page (taking you away from homepage). How do I fix that so the menus react just like demo?

One last question: For the portfolio entries, when you select Link thumb to ‘image’ you are only allowed 1 image, 1 video, and a URL address. Is there a way to have multiple images? My effort is to try to keep viewer on homepage instead of it opening a new page as when you select Link thumb to ‘post’. Any way to add more images, in slideshow, when Link thumb to ‘image’ is selected? Thank you.
Sorry, no – that is not possible.
The idea is when you want to have more images (or mix images/video/content), you set a link to “post” and using ajax you load more images directly on OnePage/Front page – visitor will still be there – on homepage.

We are using Contact Form 7 such as it is (out of box) and here is my experience:
1. Always check inbox and spam folder on your email
2. Few months ago I have changed the server and we the new one I have “delay” in sending email around 4-5h
3. Test the contact form with gmail account – few customers has reported the same issue and at the end it was something with server configuration – emails are working when they use gmail account and emails are not working when the use the “domain name” email address.
4. On google/youtube you have a lot of tutorials for “contact form 7 email not sending”
5. At the end, you can use any other Contact Form plugin there (if you have experience with some other and you know that is working) and you can contact me on our support forum and I will help you with extra CSS so you will have the similar/same layout for new contact form.

Sorry, the filter option for portfolio is not included by default – we don’t have that on any of our demos.
Yes, you can have more (unlimited) stand alone pages – pages which are not included in the OnePage (for example if you need them for “Privacy Page” or anything else).

Yes, you can have more, unlimited stand alone pages and the menu which will be navigate to this pages (not onepage).

We purchased a theme for CardeaWP, There was a problem importing the theme demo content, the content is not imported correctly. Slash elements are added to Elementor data arrays, causing the structure to completely collapse, and no page looks as if it were a demo page.
We looked at the database, Services page meta data (_elementor_data):
Should be like demo5 in xml file: [{id“}
In the database look: [{\id\\”}
We imported the demo content using the wordpress import tool as suggested in the instructions, but it doesn’t work properly – as to solve this problem?

First, we are no cheating and we will never doing that. You don’t need to buy a pro version of Elementor or any additional plugin to make it work – all you need is inside the theme which you get from ThemeForest.
All content is created with free version of Elementor and you don’t need to pay anything additional to make changes.

About Elementor – I am not using Elementor Pro in any of my themes and if you need Elementor Pro (which is not needed to edit our themes), you will need buy it yourself. The Pro version cannot be bundled with any theme, it can only be purchased from Elementor directly. In other words, it is not allowed to share Pro version with the themes.

As much as I LOVE the demos, i’m having a helluva time importing Demo3 properly. I’ve uninstalled WP and re-installed WP, three times…. followed your PDF word for word even followed your YouTube tutorial. I STILL can’t get the left side bar to resolve like it does in the demo. HELP!

The problem with importing demo content is in the latest version (0.7) of WordPress Importer plugin (latest update was 24h ago). You will need to use version 0.6.4 and all will work fine.
