Sorteo Template is designed for HTML usage and isn’t directly compatible with WordPress 6.x. However, it can be integrated into WordPress with development work. If you have further questions or need assistance, please let us know, and we’d be happy to help guide you through the process.

Thank you for contacting us . Sorteo template is a pure Bootstrap based HTML Template, not a WordPress or any other CMS theme. It doesn’t include any back-end functionality. Our Sorteo template description is given there after purchasing the Sorteo template what you will get.
Images and videos shown in our demo site are not part of the template download package due to licensing limitations and hence we are providing placeholder images with recommended image size mentioned in it.

diferença entre psd e html
O modelo PSD é um projeto gráfico criado com Adobe Photoshop. Este software funciona perfeitamente para o processo de design para código. A pasta com o modelo contém. Arquivos PSD que podem ser abertos com Adobe Photoshop e, às vezes, Adobe Photoshop Elements.
As páginas do modelo possuem todos os elementos visuais do site – layout, plano de fundo, imagens e muito mais, mas não há CSS ou HTML incluído.
A principal característica dos arquivos com tal extensão é que durante a gravação de arquivos você salva cada camada separada com todos os seus aspectos como espaços de cores, máscaras, transparência e muito mais. Você pode trabalhar com essas páginas modificando o design conforme necessário. No caso de modelos PSD, cada camada de cada arquivo possui um elemento diferente para o site – cabeçalho, navegação, formulários, logotipo e assim por diante.
Assim, em termos simples, o template PSD é um design gráfico que pode ser modificado de acordo com as suas necessidades, mas que não tem funcionalidade. Para que o design funcione como um website, é necessário codificar seus arquivos em HTML.
O template HTML também é um projeto gráfico com o design pronto que contém páginas da web já codificadas. Normalmente, as páginas são construídas com código HTML e CSS, portanto, imagens e outros objetos podem ser incorporados às páginas renderizadas. Você pode editar o modelo com qualquer editor de código para alterar sua estrutura se necessário e organizar o conteúdo (links, redes sociais, informações de contato, etc.).
Quando todos os arquivos forem editados e o conteúdo adicionado, você pode enviar o modelo usando FTP para seu próprio domínio hospedado.

I did tell you, the first time I noticed an error. I notified you respectfully through your support system. 2 days later you responded to say you will check it. Then I noticed another error. I have not even used your theme yet I find errors. Still, I notified you in the appropriate manner, through your support ticket. I did not provide any bad reviews or make a spectacle in the comments section. This template is one of the simplest html templates on Envato. The bottom line is this: I should not have to repeatedly tell you how to fix your own website. I wont try to tell you how to build your website. I will not pay for your template while being your bug finder. You must stand behind the concept of quality or issue the refund. This will not be a drawn out process.

I will continue to press the matter. Customers are not obligatedto teach you how to fix your own buggy website. AI feel that your refusal to provide a refund really shows a dishonest character. I have escalated it to envato.
