A few questions,
Short-Codes
Some themes use both short-codes and a page builder. It appears this theme does not include any short-codes, is that correct?
Page Builders
1. If I was to switch out Visual Composer with another page builder, does this theme “Cursornt” support the use of Elementor?
2. Is it mandatory to use a page builder or can I achieve any of the layouts, even on a single page, without it?
Accordions
The element accordion, is there an option to have them all closed on page load instead of one being open?
PHP Suport
This theme does support the current server PHP version 7.x?

1. Theme completely created by shortcodes via Visual Composer and these shortcodes not compatible with Elementor but you can build a page with custom template page + Elementor.
2. You can use content area without page builder but all theme parts working on Visual Composer, you can create uniqiue unlimited pages

Multiple Menu – Navigation Question
Oooh, sorry, should have asked this at the onset. It is about the main menu in the theme.
The theme “agency landing-2” (http://www.demo-ninetheme.com/cursor/home-agency-2/ ), the main menu uses anchor links to scroll the landing page, but when clicking the “Contact” menu item, it takes me to a separate page from the landing page.
When on separate page, the anchor linked items in the main menu cannot exist, those links to sections on the landing page have to change to become complete links using the anchor extension, such as “url#anchor”
This means the theme, when using the layout as “Agency landing page 2”, has to use a secondary menu, which is a second main menu that is applied to other pages.
Question
Is this what the theme uses, a secondary menu structure setup, which means this theme supports multiple menus structures – or – is the menu script based?

Yes theme supporter multiple menus on the pages, you can use different menus on the different pages. You can create your Landing Page with custom menu structure for onepage scroll animation

Same issue with your ticketing system in all browsers. Maybe try something a little more stable than ticksy? A ‘dedicated support team’ STARTS with the responder of the issue above. A ‘dedicated support team’ would not direct me through a workflow for their internal benefit. Which, by the way, has a warning message of “if it doesn’t work, keep trying.” Lastly, a ‘dedicated support team’ would not tell me to ‘read the docs’. Read your code.
Poor support aside – the theme, the flexibility of the design, and the code quality is good. Not very performant but that’s fine. After some searching, I found the Portfolio plugin that this theme depends on. There were some PHP errors after activating (probably why it was left out). The errors were caused by the theme referencing a post type name instead of a category name. It was a quick fix but unfortunately I had to re-import the demo data which caused duplicates in areas such as the menu.
Lastly, the author responded to my review with some misinformation. The only way to respond to their comment is by leaving another review. Although the theme doesn’t work out of the box as advertised, I don’t think it warrants two 1 star reviews.
Until I see better support for paid customers and a code update will I remove the review.
