Additional translations, which are default to Opencart, will be in the Opencart language files in “catalog/language/your-language/...” there are lots of translatable files there which aren’t theme related.

Jornal 3. imported demo no 9. on my home page the icons for account/wishlist/compare dont show up, but if i go to another page, eg category of footwear, the icons are there. can you give me clue as to why ?

Depends how that is displayed, but generally it’s inheriting the default Typography style, look in Journal > Product Extras > Product Tabs > Description > Content > Typography Style (if on Inherit then it’s the default style…but you can create a custom style with your own settings that apply in this case only, just attach the style in the above mentioned option).

Hi, the product details at the product page cannot be moved under the image unfortunately, but you can move the cart and other sub-sections in the product details up/down via the sort order option, look for it in all the sub-sections throughout Journal > Styles > Product Page > [Active Style] > Product Details > ...

I’ve got two sites running Journal, one is J2 and one is J3.
Both sites have a ‘Register’ link in the Header. The J2 site never gets spam registrations but the J3 site gets 5-10 a day.
Neither site uses Captcha.
Any advise to stop the spam on the J3 site?
PS: I realise this is not a journal issue but I’m curious as to why one gets none and one gets loads.
Hi, we can’t say why this could happen more often on your Journal 3 site, but it’s strongly recommended to enable captcha on any store in order to avoid spams.

Hi, we a bunch of minor fixes and improvements coming up but nothing major yet, or will announce if something else will be included. Please watch the changelog for more detailed changes.
We plan on having better docs and videos at the moment while making sure the theme runs smoothy across the many thousands of stores using it.

You can also access each demo admin panel and look through all the settings to see how they were done and replicate on your end.

Actually some of the modules are missing in skin #7 like i only one style header. No quick links module. No drop down Manu. No free shipping qualifier block on product page. Is there anyway we can copy module from one skin to another skin? Can your developer copy module for me?
The currently isn’t a way, they will need to be recreated locally on your end. We have provided detailed docs on each demo on what modules are used on the home page and menus. We shall cover the product pages too in the near future.

Hello, why you don’t make other compatible extensions with journal theme? Like 360 web rotate, or other different modules? There is verry less compatible extensions with journal… I just tryed magic 360 and is not working well is replaceing the entyre produc carousel slider, they say to use theyr own magic zoom produc varousel slider but still not ok, i don’t have the design control like theme product image options…
Hi, 3rd party extensions are built for the default Opencart theme, which is different in structure from Journal and other custom themes because of its lack of customizable options. We had to build lots of options on the product page in order to make it so customizable and give you so much design control. Some developers are willing to make their extensions compatible (like all extensions from iSenseLabs , but others blame the theme. We may look into more integrations in the future but currently, we can’t provide support for custom 3rd party extensions.

Nobody in the world use default opencart theme, people chose opencart becouse of your journal theme…. so they suck i’m saing why you dont start to make extension and to sell them? If you able to make a great complicate theme, why not to make extensions to?, just saying i know isenselab thanks
ps. they suck those who make modules for default theme, not thoes who chose journal:))
Unfortunately we can’t say that we can’t develop an extension like that, but perhaps we’ll look into it in the future, just can’t comment now on a specific date.

i have installed the theme and did customization in local server and when i am trying to add full folder online to show the client (this server is also test server, we will add the final file when everything done) – we getting journal theme error in front and admin and all error coming with log, storage, cache file and also below error too
