Hi, it seems you are tryin to install the wronge file and you need to download the installable file only on themeforest and then use that file to install.

However, if I open this theme on my mobile device (safari and chrome) it is not response at all. How can this happen? In the description you mention: the themes is truly responsive. I have some questions: 1 – can I use all parts/features of template activating elementor or some features of demos are available only in other builders? 2 – can I customize all elements in header, navigation e footer? 3 – can I make sure that my client (as not admin wp user) can only edit content but not structure or settings?
Hi, All our demos are using Elementor so it you import a demo you can edit all part of that using only Elementor page builder NOT other page builders like WPbakero or etc. We do have header and footer builder using Elementor and we do have specific element for this porous. Some of our demos are using our previous header and Footer options on customize which we are replacing them with the header and footer builder one by one. 3.It is not related to them but there are plugins for this such as WP member which you can use them

For the first question, please note that the portfolio-related widgets do not have the feature to open the items in the lightbox. Usually, the gallery widgets have the lightbox feature. For example, the Modern Gallery widget on the Phlox Pro theme has the lightbox but you can only use images, not the portfolio items.
Regarding the special roles for the users to add only images, I don’t think it’s possible by default. You need to consult a developer to see if it can be done. For the watermark question, please try the following plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/image-watermark/Kind Regards, Averta

I tried to transfer my plugin to another website without success
Hello, I tried to move my plugin to another website.
First i clicked in deactive website license in the averta panel. But in the WP Pannel nothing happens.
After that i’m trying to install the plugin on another wp pannel and always a have the same message:
” Installing the plugin … The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.”
What can i do about that?

Iam checking out the free version at the moment before buying the pro Version. I don’t really get what I should use to set a header style. it says “The following options will be deprecated soon, Please DO NOT use them and use a Header template instead.” Can you explain it for me?

In fact we released our header and footer builder recently and from now you can use those and for those who is using Phlox previuose header and footer options we still have those options as well. so a short answer would be. Please use header and footer builder you can see them on apperance / customize / header / header templates

Hi, You need to buy per domain means you need to buy 2 Phlox if you want to use it on 2 domains, but the updates are life-time and free. Please note that it is correct about all the themes in Themeforest, in fact it is their rule.
