Really liking the preview of Cabon and am keen to buy and use the Shopify template.

Just seeking some more information about support availability please?

Once up and running, if the template has issues who and how do we make contact?

What time zone is the support in? (We are in Sydney)

What are your SLAs?

I am having trouble uploading the theme to shopify. I download “all files”. The original unzipped file is too large. Then when I open the file in my computer, I see “datasample” “guide” “licensing” and “theme”. I try to upload theme but its not a zipped file anymore. So I can’t upload it.

Hello! There is an issue with the Cookie law, I’m trying to change the color of this section but the theme doesn’t react. Could you help me please?

This is the first time I am ever building a website. What program do I need to have in order to create the website. I know I have one license for a download. I don’t want to download, use the license and not be able to operate the template.

Hi there.

I have 300+ tiles that can be mixed and matched on various products. Meaning, a floormat might have 2 tiles. Or a mug might have 4. Or a customer might choose to have 1 tile on a decorative pillow.

Therefore, I want to easily allow the customer to choose: 1.) # of tiles on a product 2.) Product 3.) Which tile(s) of the 300 possibilities. 4.) Possible immediate mock up on the product itself.

Hi, I send you guys many emails and I haven`t got any response in weeks. After you guys fixed some of the issues with my theme, I can`t change the background color anymore. I think you guys might have done something to the CSS by accident.

Hi! I am from Argentina and I am planning to buy this theme but when I saw the layout previews I couldn´t help to notice that ARS (argentine currency) is not available betweeen currencies available. Is there any way I could buy the theme and sell in our local currency in Argentina?

The whole theme is messed up. It was working fine before and I haven`t made any change on it. How do I fix that?

Generally we are more than happy with the template itself. contemporary design, great functions, very easy to use,

BUT

The current support that we need, because of some small “bugs”, is unfortunately very unsatisfactory.

I have written several times to the email address you set up, but unfortunately our concern does not seem to be taken seriously.

I have just uploaded the Cabon theme and when I go to customize the theme I receive this message.

I’m trying to work out on the Collections Pages what the “Refine by: View all” option does, and how do I add more refinements like sub categories?

Right now the refine by only has the view all option.
