Having trouble installing demo content AND I can’t start a support ticket because it says that my purchase code is incorrect.
I get this error on installing demo content: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 36864 bytes) in /home/nalacomm/public_html/gs/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-gd.php on line 96

Our theme doesn’t have any licensing system so you can use the same demo without any purchase code.
It looks like you have tried to use pro features from the plugin. But our theme enough with free plugin features.
You don’t need to use pro plugin to make and use the demo website.
