I purchased your theme and have uploaded it and installed it, but I keep getting and error message and now pages. I even asked the BlueHost tech support staff to help but they said they are getting errors and css is missing. It seems by looking at the comments in here before mine, that many people have had similar problems. I’m surprised you haven’t fixed these errors yet.

Good day. Thank you for the beautiful theme, my client really loves it.
The only problem that we have is that when i tested the site it showed me a long load time due to 2 issues – I need to serve scaled images and optimize images.
For image optimization I use Smush, and for scaling images I changed their sizes in Settings=> media => image sizes. (then i also did that in Appearance => Customize => Woocommerce => product image => thumbnail image to 270) None of that helped.
Could you please assist?

I suggest to use https://www.webpagetest.org/ to find the actual reason of it being slow and then you can take further action, I also suggest you use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ it works wonderfully.

Hi, I have purchased the theme and installed it on cakipaste.in. My issue is, the Shop page is having title and url slug as “shop”, but the page title is showing “Archives: Products”. And browser tab title showing only “Products”. How can I fix this and get Shop as title in all places.

Thanks for purchasing the theme. Theme does not control the page title or meta tags, woocommerce controls it. I recommend you try some popular SEO plugin that provides an easy way to control these things easily for each page. You can also try to activate default theme to make sure its not a theme issue.
Hi there. Your theme and/or associated plugins strips the list markup out of WP Bakery’s accordion items. I need to figure out how to fix this. I should be able to use all the features of a text box within an accordion item. Please advise.

There were only 8 Flaticons in html that I used as base for this theme, I suggest you that you build your own list of icons that you can use. You can use this app https://icomoon.io/app/#/select to build your own icon lists as easily as point and click. Then you can export them as a icon font and can use. However it does require basic web development skills.
