I am completely new to web design but want to set up my website by my own. So i bought Bluehost webhosting which support wordpress. I already bought one template from this website but that is not working and author said as the template is in HTML format so will not be compactable with wordpress.
So I need to go for new theme with wordpress template. Hence could you please suggest, if I can go for this theme and do the installation by my own ?
As i went through the user comment here, it seems lots of technical issue they already faced. So confusion is not ending. Kindly suggest.

Thank you. Theme is successfully installed. For Home page6 – we have that video effect header. So will it come with this theam real version or it is just a demo version ? And if that is for demo one then how do i get that same effect could you please advice ?

Best Regards,the UI /UX of the theme is great , i really liked it , but i didn’t not like the caching system of the theme as over the period of time the server gets fully occupied and site get 503 error , i tried this theme on 3 different hosting but the problem remains same , and page load time increase from 7 secs to 28 secs which is too much fir an e commerce website rest all is good but speed is not at all good i think you should work on caching part a bit , i might switch to some other theme if the problem still continues

Cache is added by the cache plugin. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance. Best Regards,Very unhappy with the support and the theme. I have tried everything to include the main menu (with auto-generator options such as categories and posts) on the header. I have used the layout to try to include the menu and it is not working.
I have sent the message below to support and got a reply helps in absolutely nothing, telling me to do what I mentioned I already have done.
I have been trying for hours to make the main menu to show up on headers. The system you have on your website is amazing complicated. I am a web-designer and it is the first time and probably the last time I am working with any of your sites. The only way it is allowing me to add menu options is using layout elementor but main menu does not appears in all pages. How am I going to use the menu option of auto-add categories or posts to menu if I cannot enter them on the layout? It will take me forever to configure the menu in this manner. Please, let me know what to do because I have been hours trying to work it out and couldn’t.
The menu is totally fine, both on the dashboard menu options and the customize option. However, it doesn’t show up on any page.

Hello,
Header and footer is made with the help of layouts. You need to check your layout in theme options of your page – Header or footer tab,. Then enter layout and check menu settings there.

Hello – I have a couple questions for you regarding ‘collections’ in this theme.
1- Is it possible to link to an individual collection? for example, ‘portrait’ on your demo. I mean keeping the layout of the main collection – not this: http://ozeum.themerex.net/portfolio_group/collections/portrait/
2- When viewing an individual portfolio item in a collection – can you add ‘next / previous’ and stay with in that specific collection?
3- from the individual portfolio item in a collection – can you add a link back to the collection that portfolio item is in? (Not the main collection)

You can select the Portrait category instead http://prntscr.com/qtru99 to display the portrait posts on the collections page.
2. Yes, it is possible to select different Gallery Mode options in the grid http://prntscr.com/qtrvs1

I am sorry for misleading you – this Collections page http://ozeum.themerex.net/collections/ uses the Blogger element for the items display, not the Essential Grid: http://prntscr.com/qu7niq. You can select the Portrait category to display the portrait category posts http://prntscr.com/qu87hb
It is not possible to have the lightbox with next and prev buttons in Blogger element but you can add the Essential Grid to the collections page to display the posts instead of the Blogger element.
The decriptions are below on the Collections page at the moment http://ozeum.themerex.net/collections/ but it is also possible to make tbem below in Essential Grid if you decide to use the grid for the page http://www.themepunch.com.cach3.com/index.html@p=5154

1. Sure, the theme is bundled with a free version of Elementor, feel free to use Elementor Pro if needed.
2. Yes, these plugins are recommended, but not required. If you do not plan to use them you can skip installing them.
3. Yes, we use cache plugins on our demo for better performance.
