Hello, we bought this theme and when I try to choose a category at the RT News Box widget, it seems to have a bug. The widget chooses only a certain category and I can’t changed it to another.
i have selected Box layout Style (13) and it seems that the posts from the category I choose cannot be displayed. (even if it is single or multiple category). The widget fetches posts from another category and only this one.

I know that the support is very bad from the beginning. Yet I have no choice, google does not accept the h3 tag at the title. Why are you tagging the title of the article in the theme is h3 ? The title is like h1 all the time. Can you give any solution?

I am confuse you don’t get support in time? Can you please where get Google don’t support H3 ? In a Page H1 tag should be only 1 time then h2 and h3 tags can be multiple times.

Is your full site RTL? Change as RTL Language then it will auto change from WordPress language settings.
The support for this theme is not very good. I have been raising tickets and then finally receive support when my issue gets resolved but the whole site is set to default settings and theme options menu gets removed. On constantly asking about what has happened the guy does not respond and just rollback my site without informing and again my site is where it was. I have been constantly mailing and raising tickits about the issue but now there is no response. Very disappointing.

You can import our demo in a test location then go to Edit mode of that page after that see one by one addon which addon used and it’s settings like set proper category or items.

How do you edit the Shop page with Elementor? No matter what I do elementor fails to load. It loads fine on all other pages. I want to edit my shop page to remove one category from showing up. Then create a new page with just this excluded category

Our themes are based on Elementor free version but as our design and functionality we made our custom addon.
For Existing site you need to install theme first then need to set home page manually using our Elementor addons. Like use addon set proper category or post.
You can install theme in a test location then see in how pages which addon used then use that addon and set according on this.

So as I said earlier I have a website full of articles (over 170 articles) and I want to apply the regular licence (27 dollars) on my website so it can look the exact thing as in the live preview, so I wante to know : - what’s the real difference between the regular theme and the extended one ? -is there a policy refund ? in case the theme doesn’t match the live preview (because I had a bad experience once) -can we change the deader’s colors ?

First off, I LOVE this theme, took me 2 days or so to get the hang of customizing it, etc. Only issue I have is the text is cut off for the news ticker (http://policefireems.com/) .. Any way to move the text over a bit so the first letter isn’t cut off? Thank you!
