Hi, I’ve purchased this theme a long time ago, been using it with ease, I love this theme but ever since the update of wordpress the whole thing went weird! I’ve updated the theme and the plugins but still, can’t edit my site keep on getting this error: (and obviously I may not log a support ticket for this – please help me!) The sites I’ve used this template on all only shows the mobile versions but no desktop versions, otherwise I would have just left it alone.

Hi, thank you for the very quick reply I really do appreciate it, I’ve downloaded the theme again, deleted on the server and loaded it again, and reinstalled the plugins, still no change. Its got 2 less errors though. Also still not showing on desktop.

No problem, I tried doing that in the first place before commenting here, as mentioned I bought this theme years ago and never had a problem, hence it keeps throwing my ticket out saying I don’t have support for it. Just want it working, but the people doing my server said they have no issues on their side, its the theme. And don’t want to mess up your comments section any further either. I love this theme its never given me issues.
Is it possible to renew support and raise ticket because it’s easy for us to keep track and fix all issues. Thank you for your understanding.

I have purchased theme before 4 years ago now asking for “There is a new version of Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 3.19.5 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. Click here to activate your license.”. Same for the “WPBakery Page Builder”.

Hello, I’m considering building my new website with Mist. However, when I check out the demo, every time I change pages, the spinning wheel appears. No page loads immediately. Is the theme that slow?
Nope. But please new license for new website. As once license for one website only.
Well, you don’t even bother to explain why the spinning wheel is needed every time. So I wouldn’t choose Mist to build my website. No worries.
For spinning wheel you can disable from backend. So there you disable for main website and each page too. Thank you.

seems that mist theme is not working fine with wpml
please check the configuration with for wpml-config.xml. for example for section tittle, the atributes are not config so its unusable.

you miss to setup the shortcodes of your custom visual composer elements

this is a mistake beacuse the text domain of your theme is ‘zozothemes’ so i can´t translate with LocoTranslate the strings with ‘mist’

Hi, I observed the message and the steps, too, but with no success. Not only the site is inoperable, but WP Bakery doesn’t find any contents in pages created with it if I enter my site in recovery mode. Don’t even know where to get some logs, the only information I have is that Mist failed to load.

Anyway, I retried the manual steps and the results are more promising, the site is working, WPBakery displays stuff properly, but text contents of feature boxes, for example, are no longer displayed on the site, yet the content is there in the source code. But now I’m going to renew support, thanks for the idea above.
