We have a site running version 1.6.0 of this theme. What is the best way to update to the latest version? Is there an “upgrade pathway” we can follow? After updating directly by deleting the old theme folder then installing the new version, the theme settings panels for each page disappear when going to edit, and the pages don’t render well, if at all.

I recommend you to try the update on a duplicated site first. I mean duplicate your current site to a subdomain and then test update on it before updating it on production/actual website. You can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ to duplicate your current website.
It is better to make notes during updating process on duplicated website so that you can follow the same steps on production website later on.
Also make sure to backup your production website before updating it.

You can modify/translate Additional Details title from Property Detail Page’s settings [ Real Homes → Customize Settings → Property Detail Page → Basics ].

I cannot ask my question their because the support is ended and the question I ask are not a support question but issue that not working on the theme.
1: I cannot change the Logo through the theme option – I have managed to change it through the customize area 2: the “Additional Details are added manually and not the basic one’s you have in theme option – I need it to be translated by WPML because I have tree Langs.

1. Please note that you should be able to change the logo in Theme Options [ Dashboard → Appearance → Theme Options → Header ] as shown here – https://jmp.sh/KH2MhBI. However, if you are experiencing any problem then we need the login details of your website to troubleshoot this issue further.
2. If you like to modify the title of Additional Details then it must also be changed in Theme Options panel [ Dashboard → Appearance → Theme Options → Property Detail ] as displayed here – https://jmp.sh/QNzbaZm
3. As you want to translate the Additional Details in WPML then you should find it in String Translation section of WPML [ Dashboard → WPML → String Translation ]. Kindly look for the translation domain called inspiry_property_details_title.

Hi Insipry Themes, I have a question about the Real Places theme. I bought the theme a couple of years ago and I’m still very happy with all the possibilities. But today I found a little bug and I can’t fix it myself.
https://batenburg-bhv.nl/ So on the homepage I have 3 featured houses. They all show the label “for rent” or “for sale” in Dutch. Thats HUUR or KOOP. The thing is, some houses are for rent and for sale. So in the backend they have 2 status tags. Those 2 status tags are shown everywhere in the blue arrow label, like here: https://batenburg-bhv.nl/aanbod-bedrijfshuisvesting/ and here https://batenburg-bhv.nl/property/bedrijfsruimte-maasdijk-bandijkweg-22/But on the homepage they only show 1 status tag. I tried to adjust the php code to show 2 status tags, but i’m not that familiair with php and I couldnt fix it.
I used the child theme and the php page can be found in that theme via:
partials -> Home -> featured-two.php
I hope you can help me with this problem. Maybe its an easy fix.

On property detail page variation 1, in the content box on the right of the photos, if you add more information so that the box is resized (longer title, or longer location results in 2 or 3 lines and resizing the content box). Then an empty space will appear under the photos and the design is broken

Someone already made the suggestion to add two different area fields (one for house area and other for plot area) and display them on single property front end. You responded that would be add it in future. I think it is important as most real estate agencies use both parameters, so one more vote on this to be added in next update.

Our logo is 289×140, but it doesnt scale property on mobile/tablet view and looks huge. How can we set different logo sizes per screen size?

New feature suggest. Currently properties have only one “area” input field. For many types of properties one area field is not sufficient. It would be better if there are 2 fieds – Floor Area and Lot/Land Area.

Latest version of theme. The “Similar Properties” function is broker. We have it set to show similar properties based on Property Status and Property Type, but shows completely different ones.
For example the page is showing a House, but the similar properties menu will display an office.
