Hello. I imported the demo content and have not yet made any changes to the site. However, when I click a product, the product page says “NOTHING FOUND”. What’s the problem? None of the products are showing.

Sorry guys but this theme is way too buggy. Too much javascript, the theme builder is horrible. Load time is ridiculous too. Need to do much better than that…
Can you please explain problems related to the bugs in more details so we know what can be improved?
For example, load times can be optimized by proper JavaScript, HTML and CSS minification and caching, enabling image lazy loading etc.
By default these features are turned off as it complicates development time.
The reason why we use this page builder is because it is the only one compatible with WordPress standards and is published under their repositories.
Hi, took your advice, I was able to improve the load-time based on your suggestion.
The following are some issue I think can be improved: 1. Footer Menu – Logo – It needs a way to auto to adjust the logo to be smaller. I have an issue uploading a 50×50 logo. Also, there is no option if I decide not to use a logo. It will show the Madang one. 2. Price Table – Notice that I only allow 3 options? What if I needed more? Also, when I only needed one. It still shows 2 other as a little green button 3.Contact Us page – Widget on putting information is limited. It only allows us to put info such as phone number and email, address. What if I need to put my business registration? Need more columns.
I think it needs a better drag and drop editor to compare to the current one. For a non-developer user, I think the experience can be improved. Elementor/ Beaver Builder would be a better option moving forward.
Apologise if I am being critical. Its a great theme but I think these little tweaks can really set it apart from all the ones out there.

Elementor/Beaver Builder are a convenient way for building content but they all use old technology stack like PHP for content rendering. In addition they will never be a part of WordPress core unlike Gutenberg.
1. Logo can be easily fixed with the help of additional CSS code. We need a link to your website here to provide you with the solution.
2. Pricing table supports three columns. It is the way how layout works and it is optimized for all screen sizes. For example, having only one or 4 tables requires completely different layout creation and content re-arrangement. You simply need to find another layout type that matches your requirements better.
3. Similar problem here. If the backed editing would support all possible input variations then it would result in no need to have so many themes published here on Themeforest. It also makes impossible to maintain an aesthetically valid design with so many variations in place. This is were the Page Builders come to help but as they give more freedom to customize layout the way you want. Unfortunately in almost all of the cases the unique feel and look of the design is easily lost.

Hi, I just purchased theme, no demo data file, and not as you mentioned in this page., plz i need demo data, else your theme is not working only
Demo content is included inside the theme. Classical WordPress ways of importing demo content can not transfer various configurations. As a result we use custom approach for demo content transfer to make sure that every single part of your website looks identical to demo preview.
Please follow the installation guide carefully. Make sure that madang plugin is installed from plugins section and then go setup > setup wizard section.

FTP has no connection with WordPress you need to contact your server provider in order to clarify what prevents your server from writing to the files.
Hi, since updating the footer is not working properly, even on your demo site it is doing this. When the page isn’t long enough, for example, an empty cart page, the footer is not at the bottom, it is in the middle of the page.

Does this work with BuddyBoss or BuddyPress?
These plugins are not bundled to the theme which means that they are not a part of a unified design system that this theme comes with but technically there should be no problems having them installed along side.

Hi, I have an issue on my checkout page. When I test an order, it won’t come to the thank you page (order-received) like in below link. It will only show a red cross or ! but in the backend the order will be received. Can you let me know what’s going wrong? It works when I use a coupon of 100% discount, however if I want to use a payment with cheque method. I will now also try Stripe and Paypal to see if those do work or not. Where can I send the print screen too?
Stripe doesn’t work either, all are in sandbox mode. I can try to test in Live, but please can you look as well.

This worked for a brief moment whilst I had the delivery of the project, but now again it doesn’t work. It won’t go to the thank-you page after the order but it shows a red ! in the payment form, but in the backend the order does process and gets received in the order overview in the backend. However customer doesn’t see the thank-you (order received) page and thus won’t know if the order is processed. This has now become critical. Look forward to your solution.
UPDATE: Founded & solved myself. The plugin C4D Woo Blocks was causing the issue! Thanks for all the support, the matter is now closed

I was going to post this via support but I honestly find your support page a little confusing.
I am trying to edit the Contact Us builder page and wanted to change the “ad some content section” I edited it with some basic words and the content does not appear on the page. I am not using any caching plugin currently either.

Another question on the footer; I wish there was a footer widget, so I can add stuff like payment icons, as on: www.hostedge.nl. How can I best do this? Ideally I don’t want to edit code. Can you make a theme update with a footer widget? Thanks
To implement widget support in footer we need around two weeks of additional development time as we have to create additional styling code for every widget.
